travel

Travelling Heavy
3-20-17

Still small voice says don't quit
Louder than I seem to hear it
Seeing too many jagged seas across the sky
Anyone's invited
The memory was all that I thrice wanted
O, speak the same thing
Talking about this cumbrance
And renunciation of my boots
Travelling heavy will bring one strength
Don't quit and keep on
As an astute observer
I feel like I need an answer  to my calling
Under the trance of fascination to fancy freedom
and no use to speak to the great mediator
As he talks to us
Don't miss the bus.....

How To
3-20-17

Believe God and prosper
Of one with many names
Like the girl that I still love in more ways than one
There is a pretense feasts alone
Hot and steaming
Where the butter melts
on the cobb with a dash of salt
I stab you to renounce you
With tongs that reveal our new hue
By so-called normal political means
Circular letters for the whispering of the wreathe
In silence we linger stepping strong
Follow the hour in baptism
For the jute and the willow
Finding out His will today
Not about the material
Nor in Lucky Charms cereal.....

Believe God And Prosper
3-20-17

O, chain reaction of joy and despair
For the things I used to do
Following the book
Don't follow me
Concerning trials and tribulations
Put on what you are taught of
When the message is just a street
Believe and prosper
But not to deny my God in this
Can't please everyone
Where works bring more oil
Believe God and prosper
There, I said it to not choose death
According to the will of flesh
And the devil's plan to defeat therefore mean
Are free to write unto the great Mediator
Follow the book
Don't follow me.....

set in order

Set In Order (Things Wanting)
3-20-17

Whirlwinds fall grievously
Yet storm all blow over
As if to climb the white cliffs of Dover
For prophets not sent by He whom we favor
At our hootenanny
The sound we savor
Quasi and virtual
Smiting the rock in ones fifty gallon tank
As time is fleeting after taking a beating
So many kinds of divers performances
Looks like another deep blue sky
Set in order things yet wanting
How do we know just what we are
In the face of it
Along another country mile
Set it in order!

A Prayer Sent Back In Time
3-20-17

Doctor Evans filling in
Pray for his grandson
and pray about whether or not to continue
O, how do you know just what you are
Torn between half truths and His nursing mercy
Going a riding on in
Would have stayed in the gardens of Eden
Yes, plural where hunger is good discipline
Yet ennui is not the enemy
In the first days of my probation
But proverbial in pretense
To purify the palate once more
And thrice following
Don't follow me!

By Our Command (Of Unity)
3-20-17

First day of Vernal Equinox
All that God controls so gives
For instance the sun and her light
By our command of unity
Set in order three as one
If you walk such a path
Seek not approval from the world
In the call of the wild
Come Purism and correctness of language and style
Usually not from the external reach
Not in that we teach
Not usually within
God created the adversary
To challenge us to grow in green
Like grass with glory
Don't try to intervene!

geronimo

Geronimo
3-20-17

For the sermonizing discourse at seven on the nose
All anticipation breaks loose for our foible
No need to gamble on Oscar Wilde
Or even William Blake
You've got the mind, child
Where there is only one to say Geronimo
Tediously hortatory for imagination
Where we could be dreamers come renunciation
De Facto
I pray that I will be able to adapt
To the change at hand
Come ponderous leather worth two grand
Actually existing without lawful authority
Geronimo!

De Facto (Of Velodrome)
3-20-17

For Convent Memoirs
And memories of going there face to face
Standing without de facto
Can't take the law in our own hands
As the whirlwind goeth forth
As one to gain another religion of seagulls
And of pigeon
Where the grass grows lush
And our souls are clean again
Grievously upon our heads as tails
Come up to flip that coin again for Velodrome
D'Hiver all is well with my soul
Where all things are done in the wisdom
As the tree to fell to be as men are
For our entrainments
Catch the look in the good book
No use to scream further on the  matter....

No Need To Bet
3-20-17

O, Jabberwocky of Through the Looking Glass
For the Sisters of Mercy behind the sun
I speak unto you these things for your profit
For huge gears sprockets
Pulling punches we become closer as a family
In remembering where we come from
I have written these many words
Going forth in fury for furbelow
Such a word forgotten
Coming in the fullness of time for six day races
Kicking it off in the question of feeling down
Our iniquity O, Deminford
And the noise of motors
Call it Jabberwocky...

bubble

Bubble (To Effervesce)
3-20-17

By the vagrants looking beyond the ambers
In hues of authenticity
Where we shall surely triumph
In a text not to be doubted
I, what have I become
And who do I mean to emulate
When there is nothing to hate
Even as the land is full of adulterers
In my house I find their iniquity
Encumbered forever by ambition and desire
Profane in the house and leus that jingle in my pocket
And not maimed for wealth will take care of itself
Mind not me beholding books on my shelf...

Louvois
3-20-17

Come inflated speculation
I find the way back to the here and now
And ponder the Cow
There is sickness in their hearts
To believe as others do
In a pool of bubbles and tears
For more than our lettuce and kale
And if I had a horse to bet on
I would invest in tracks of light and darkness
By inflated speculation
I think I already said that
For letup and cessation of reiteration
And lunch at the square
Louvois, listen boy
We will go golfing someday....

Wheedle The Needle
3-20-17

Turn and face the day
What do you want from God today
In that He wants you to want Him more
We follow none but You
Holy Cow so to speak
Blundering blindly along
For the howl of stale buffalo
For letup and cessation of anticipation
When I just let things be
To but effervesce and wheedle by flattering
To strengthen the hands of the evildoer
And another time in Paris
To salute our Atlas
Where rivers plunge and climb
And I still am inclined to rhyme
To wheedle and cajole....

Parc Du Prince
3-20-17

O cardigan collarless
For cajolery we coax
To prophesy in Baal
Yet God's love will not fail as Sodom
And everyone Gomorrah
Opening down at the front
As the rain falls slow down on all of our rooves
Of rues like grooves like glues
Did you know yet tantalized by time
O, foible and all folly and vice melancholy
Just as nice for Parc du Prince at Auteuil
These days we just cannot tell who it is
Quirk and eccentricity...

Engheim

Engheim Rising
3-20-17

All in nogging masonry
As bricks never mind toothpicks
With a gill of mouthwash replenishing
Trying to get fired up
Though it's a little bit too early
But it will be all worthwhile
And I meditate upon my Saint Patrick's Day card
I got from a lady friend
Her love rains down on me
As both prophets and priests are profane
In pleasant places
Proud on peyote
Calling a postulant
As much went on
At Engheim rising from its deep...

Flourish To Nourish
3-20-17

On the first day of Vernal Equinox
I thrive and flourish
As if to nourish
For nogging and masonry
Used to fill the spaces between
Framing members and signature sounds
Of Floyd's guitar
Remembering my tiny dancer
Not my own but in my heart
From the window watching
In my house I find my own wickedness
O, where were you when I got hurt
Get a picture of me for I'm a narcissist
Our course is set
Into the sun that rises slowly....

Very Interested (I Am)
3-20-17

O, gill to but gill
On my window sill
Dead to the world
All ready and ready for remonstrance
Attempting to read of the Cow again in the name of God
The compassionate Alif lal mim
Where I still think crooked
We believe in the last day
That we may perceive it
There is no fast way
I am very interested
Of voices wanting to be heard
Screaming out silently for solace and sanctuary
Some say that they are only mocking
But Mother told me not to talk this way
Who are they?

pontifex

Pontifex
3-19-17

Like a man whom wine overcome
Like a dawn lit of its difference greater than the sum
Now that we've come this far
It's too late to run
Just suck it up and grin
And bear it for all Pontifex
And for the dogmatic and pretentious
For greenback and tender note
Making us want yet more in its verdure
Yet unripe
Let it sit out for a day or two
Then we can have it
Going down to Monte Carlo
O, Pontifex
That, I journeyed
Ah, could it have been me
Sign, an entity that only God can see
Pontifical, still....

The System Works
3-19-17

Such a system works for me
Write this down so it will be where no flesh can dwell
In His presence save it be through merits of mercy
At Auteuil and our fast climb through tomorrow
No, not for quite as long as it takes to bear joy and sorrow
Needing room for the blessing  before me
and we going back to the track
For horses white, red and black
To but consummate thine affliction
For the heaven of planetary spirits abroad
Flesh cannot dwell in the presence of God
And we're all a little bit Irish....

Bistro Bread
3-20-17

For Jews of Khayhar put to the sword
And inhabitants of west York coming to the Lord
God bless the missionaries
Godspeed to those knocking on doors
And to soften their hearts
Not concerned with kale
Not too much learned to fail
Angels never know it's time
To set aside the books
As we spread pate on good bristly bread
And I'm up at half past five before the light of day
Waiting for precocity
Taking my chances for kale in verdure
And flourishing vigor
Where I just add sugar....

triumvirate

Triumvirate
3-19-17

Where is Licinius
Where is Crasius
But across the bay
For heaven to belong by the triumvir
And magistracy of the ancient Rome in our hearts
Whereby we call it our righteousness
Not our own but of He that sent me
Don't let the green grass fool you
To look behind the hill
All for Sunny Delight straight from the jug
Give me a bear hug
Exercising the same public function
To but love me
For its coalition
And dark tarn of Auber....

Our Conclave
3-19-17

Longer daylight
Mean more hours to work on life
And to write where racing never comes between us
As days come when they no more say the Lord liveth
Yet our conclave in the assembly
For our fellow cardinals
O, Pontiff open up the Koran and read of the cow
With eyes to see and ears to hear
O, my bones shake
In that I've been around too long
My heart is broken
Open the door for authority and influence
Flick the negative feedback
It's all good with me
Like one drunken
Just be....

filth

Filth Of Pocket Change
3-19-17

Restore their vineyards
To see us range and smile
Filth of money in hand
By night seasons
Needed for the caterpillar to transform
Calling our priest for people according to the promise
O, filthy pocket change
In the forty-fourth year
Of trying to learn how to live
Don't try too hard
Let us leave off this usury
On the corner of Market and Memory Lane
Stuck here again
I heard and inclined unto their cry
Where all I need is love
In ink stains on old jeans
By freedom of choice
Our agency as strangers...

On Jeremiah 23:5
3-19-17

Wishing hour
Much like witching hour
And lightbulb switching power
The days come I raise unto David a righteous branch
As divers washings to get the filth of the money off my hands
And Jesus understands
As the King will reign and prosper
Much to be said of the why
As self explanatory in the why as self explanatory
Is the where and who
Flickering up to heaven by my outcast oblivion
And ignorance no longer an option
I gather the remnant to execute judgment and justice
In the earth as the government on His shoulders....

Crashworthy
3-19-17

Gathering the remnant of my flock
As one to strike thrice the rock
I can't help it to visit them of their doings
And it's a glory and shame
That I am what I am
In joy and sorrow
Share you love with me
Woe to we that scatter
Yet to gather the seeds to scatter again
For city lights and forgetting my stay at the Holiday Inn
On seventeenth for crashworthiness green and crass
Making the scene untying the ass
We need each other to lean on....

plumes

O, Plumes
3-17-17

Some come like the thief
Such fall with the leaf
For hunger in the wilderness
Nevertheless you sought to take away his life
O, have mercy
Suffer again and behold in the agency
Of freedom of choice
In the book of Alma
Chasing the souvenir
Neither good or bad, it just is
Let the heavens hear it
Behold the gates of mercy
In arbitrary space
These words are not my own
Come healing of the reason and balm
In the heart where redemption comes
From the holy Messiah
To exceedingly fear a reverence
And the hatred of evil come healing....

Seeking The Chrome
3-17-17

On the dark and invested sea
Taken by the wave off of someone's shoulder
We are more than getting older
God will fight for us
As the pen itself doth write for us
No matter where I go
Wrought work in the other hand
Its duty is to console
Holding up habergeons
And enough to blow anyone's mind
O, dank tarn of Auber
Trusting it to its cleansing
As we to sound the trumpet
And God to have mercy on the strumpet
Not you but of those whom walk in such ways
For wind in the trees....

My Let It Rhyme
3-19-17

Let us leave off this usury
But I am not one to speak
Talking in the tongues of the glorified and the meek
If the night is long here's my lullaby
According to the promise
Take not a vow neither upon the altar
Nor on mule, oxen or cow
Eating bread of the governor
We find it when we return
Come water that flows underneath the bridge
Throw another coin and let it shine
Behold, He offers Himself a sacrifice
Getting back in fourth gear
Around a sharp corner
Where I am just what I am
Why try to be when you're free
Make a wish!

particle

A Particle Away (I Hasten)
3-17-17

Gladly this star I trust that would fit a million earths
Not in our own power  to redeem
Tell me again when the day was no ransom
Scathed in black
Part of the plan of attack
No going back
Fall not out along the Way
North to Linglestown and keep the peace
We have suffered much to be clean and sober
Seeing it through the aura yellow and green
I journeyed back up and back down to her parlor
Not to see it as an idol
But as an intercessor in the multitude of counselors
There is safety and woodland of Weir....

Bowl Of Charms
3-17-17

I had a bowl of Lucky Charms
That much I rehearse
And the troubles came for a thread of light
In chains where I covet You
Like a slave in Cuban heeled boots
I step out with courage
Where the Word became a man
For words tumbling out my mouth
Got the darkness worse than you
Rebel no more against your own
With darkness drinking from your cup
Awake, soul unborn
Like the ox that treadeth out of the corn
Just drink it up
What is written
Sweet sister
What's been said?

green

Green Lives On And Blood Returns
3-17-17

Landing on my feet unknown, the violet
Our remnant more or less known
Are we still leaning to our own understanding
Wherefore my sons never born
Had a world of pandemonium
Was it even settled?
She is warmer that Dian
Reveling in a region of sighs of relief
This weekend I prosper for the Green that lives on in us
All honoring heart is Xavier's for conversation
Without all of such wickedness
As we are all but vile
But clad in fashion and style
And love for our protectress
My O my....

At Lima's Feast
3-17-17

at Lima's feast
As if I've been there
Take up corn for them that we might eat
And live not in our own power to redeem them
Nevermind this misnomer
In the grip of sensual illusion
Blessed is the name
The name be blessed
That's all I knew
Arise from the dust
For a magnum of champagne
In the light of honor
Inasmuch as ye shall keep and observe it
Yet free to depart if such is what I choose
Behold His will be done
Consulting Jaron
Seeing yet Mosiah
To but stir it up....

Through The Lair Of Lion
3-17-17

So is a great cry
To take up words for those that hunger
Feeling ten years younger
To redeem those that tend to our vineyards
O Jesus, victory and the stuff that cannot be put into words
May we collaborate
Step out at 3 AM and wake up the birds
Our lazy bastard hiding in a suit
God will might for us
In the elaboration of a tune
Home to where it's better than before
In heavy wings of metaphor
Just use the door
By as Before Self in photographs
Of where the ponies roam to mix it up
Behind the veil
Through the lair of the lion....

psyche

Psyche Uplifting
3-17-17

Sometime I say. "I wish I knew"
As voices say, "You don't want any of this!"
For praise and approval
Our accolade ones compliment plans
And laudatory notice
Brace joining several staves for the Kudzu
Wildly flourishing vine of legume yet nourishing
Cutting it close
Kings will work out for our best interests
With narrow black and white body stripes
The Zebra is at it again
Travelling heavy
I have a lot to do in conferring knighthood
Nehemiah prevalent for these times
Wroth of the building of such a wall
Sanballat hears and is indignant...

Saluting Convent Memoir
3-17-17

Strength of burdens and buildings fail us not
It sounded like the truth in seeing a better law
Working in my members
All your turns are tight
I lie about eating breakfast
O, strength declared from the places ye return
Of us for Tobiah and for the Arabians
In case they want to know
Behind the wall and on higher places
God fights for us and for some of our daughters
That go into bondage
Where have all these years gone
Yes, it was me to live it up
Vanishing from the circle
To keep away from the rot we speak
Meek but not weak......

McKeesport (Going Back)
3-17-17

Back to east McKeesport
The king so sound and solemn
Take this temple down
I'd like to go there and see
But somewhat afraid of the travel
Oh, fly, let us fly plumes till they trailed
Proving us to keep on keeping on
And a pallet in Tinseltown
Shake off those awesome chains of reason
For His ways are righteousness forever
These writings can serve as my penance
Yet I had a bowl of cereal in a proverbial sense
Sadly this star I mistrust
As all doth but return to dust
Ah, hasten more or less known as merciful....

2 and 3

From One To Nothing To Two And Three
3-17-17

Changing from one to nothing
To two and three
Lady, unfold me
God says, "Wait"
Obtaining the land of promise
Making a new beginning
In teaching myself
It is this that the darkness is for
A land for the inheritance of my seed
You'd want me more
I know you no better
Where all is forgiven
O, vault of thy lost Ulalume
And comfort in my room
Write this man childless
But me such chastity
And no such vow
O, despised broken idols
Plant the seed of your gentle nature
As a vessel wherein is pleasure....

Hope And Beauty Tonight
3-17-17

Double minded and triple tongued
And quadruple faced
Far from chaste
Cast out into another country
Upon the throne of David
According to lineage
Weal to pastors that gathered the flock together
Wishing for a treaty
Hungry, angry, lonely and halt to but exalt
And the seed of your gentle nature
In my dreams tonight with brow and stem
And with you for the jowl and dewlap
Behold, I visit you upon the good and evil
Of all you do
Wattle hang loose
Inflatable I gather the remnant
With temptation caving in....

Tolk Revisited (Recycle)
3-17-17

For comic quotes of reform
I turn my back to the angel and devil
To see it from another level
At the slaughter house our sacrifice
We're cutting it close in packing medicine
If I ever loved you
As some pastors yet divide us
As dogma prides us
Driving us away from the Path
And to be an encouragement
I guess it's almost time to go
For I honor the greatness in sweetness restored
Surely March and one more snow squall
Tonight to gather the remnant
For pendulous bovine oxlike, dull and stolid
Stepping on your toes...

wait

God Says, "Wait"
3-17-17

God says wait
And it's nothing to hate
Freedom soon will come
But such is now
No one can tell me how
O, lift the lid to our Pandora's box
And be sly like the fox
Obtaining a land of promise
That our Lord hath covenanted
In nineteen sixty-one
Dylan's first album so underrated
Again to rip the beast
I can always cut it now like a dead tree
Joyce is a cleaner and Pink, a malingerer
Open minded to the next two hours
Each day a new state
I find my place in the chain
All look alike
Angels amongst the chamber
Into this furnace, venture....

Yet Cleaner
3-17-17

Waffles and eggs
As if you had nothing to say
Speaking unto tea concerning the land of promise
I am vile and I am empty
When it comes to the gift of nature
Feeling poetic today
For the sake of children stories all spite
Once more to speak my mind
And let that not interfere
Where I loved them all at Mount Mercy
We will climb all day
To reach the first and foremost crest
And do our best in a silver needle
For the consideration of my superiors
Yes, I know
Don't call me again
But I know no better.....

warning

A Warning To Flee
3-17-17

I begin again
All to win the pen
Ten for two dollars at Walmart
suddenly I get on with it
Pretending to return hoisted on our shoulders
Upheld by the simplicity
We grin and share the light
Even into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar
For the voices and the wine
Behold I have seen a vision
We should have also perished
Waking me with an holy kiss
Let there be light in the firmament
Firmly to the window with exquisite music
Worthy of commitment tangible
As hearts grow ashen and sober
In agony we sobbed
Shine on us, O man Amethyst
Let there be light
And there was....

Forgive Me If I Inquire
3-17-17

In transient brilliance
And suddenness of appearance
Counted with the road
Sweeping the marble chambers
Kept from believing in what you believe
In come filibuster and obstructive tactics
And love unconditional
Rising from the hunger
You have love enough to write this
Man childless
Namely me
A speech exceptionally long
To impede all legislation
God made the firmament
I must rebuild the rubble
O, Sisters of Mercy do your thing
So that many will find the Way
Father's hands trembling...

Useless Cover Pride
3-17-17

Happy Saint Patrick's Day
Whatever in heaven this can mean in you and me
The air dark and thick between us
I'd like to tell my stories
O, desire to return
God see me through it
And help me to respect them
And to be a blessing
Dark, thick and green
To impede obstructive tactics
I am ready to love them as myself
And as to God my palaces crumble
And I sing this for all that do not need me
Where we all scream for the Irish crème
O Pagan roar O, what a dream
Throwing a five minute celebration of glorious revelry
Hidden in the garret
She lives with a shout...

orbit

Orbiting Around Saturn
3-7-17

A hazard to my own health
So the devil says
And as well every step can be a disaster
Feeling better about it
Now in the things that I allow
For the Bee and counterpart her Cow
Brushing the hair out of my face
Sooner or later it's got to go
Wearing the clothes you wanted
To take your name packing off to Skerries
Expecting one more round of flurries
Who's to blame?
Oftener by oneself in outer space
In orbit around Saturn
Of this indignity
Of being a member of the human race....

In Louisville
3-7-17

To be alien to one another
Yet to acknowledge a brother and deny him not
In the presence of Mother in Louisville
At the corner of fourth and Walnut
You know me too well to judge like such
For something in the Deep
It's all amphetamine
To accompany Don Gabriel
It is a glorious destiny
To be a member of Us
This is what I wanted you to see
To cast oneself vast thus you are invited
Into this scandalous secret of Being....

Chief Obstacle
3-7-17

Getting better at killing the clock
Hoping to be on my foundation of the Rock
In the contemplative and the Marxist
No common ground
Now to Praise de Chardon
Look at this, it's me
Walking away from it all
And the water is rising
God keep my wood a burning
Even if it may be yet green
As we new friends are offering
The things I never dreamed
Within the community
All compassion begins at home
Sending out prayers to the west side
O, butterfly of new pride
Come along for the ride sometime soon....

updates

Updates (In Luck)
3-7-17

Led towards the promised land
Preferring my bait fish canned
I still partake
As if I were a ball python snake
Sending back Irish postcards
To be appreciable about its series of concerts
Sometimes it hurts as a bootmaker
Like a muck raker older than she
I just let it fly to express the real me
It's not about the twilight
Knowing we will see days of their longer light
At the chime of nine
I break out the apple in more ways than one
O, honeycomb you're in luck
To offer her a life illuminated....

How Dark A Wo!
3-7-17

Build a ship
Spilled a drip to trace the stain
O, good pain in Tennessee
Hoe dark a wo!
How bright our weal
God see me through it
In spite of what I feel
As the Irish revival begins
Learning music and French at the university
Welcome to class
Good chap in the paying of a small sum
In the conversation without the stogie
Upon such crystalline
I dig it the most
But not to boast
All along the water coast
That's the way I like it....

Baptized at 27
3-7-17

Conversation taking place
In their intervals
It was not scurries
It was me praying for wisdom and patience
Only makes the water hot with steam
I remember it well
It was more than a dream
At the age of twenty-seven I am baptized
So speak out on every first Friday
Tempting Kathleen to fill us in
On what it can mean
Off to a good Convent
That she would later on forsake
For romantic ideas
O, bootmaker of Ormond Quay
Do your thing....

changes

So Many Changes (I Tried)
3-7-17

I've been through the fat
Through thick and thin
Raven have I made of skins of beasts
Stepping lightly going to the university
To teach myself till death do us part
On an old street corner
Looking for her boys
Soon to walk across that highway
Because I can
Hearing voices say, "You, the man"
As to sojourn for a space of twenty years
Such was my story of what will be
I don't think Van will retire any time soon
Keeping my mind on the road
To contemplate Spanish Harlem
I've been through our fat to chew
I tried!

No One Calls Back
3-7-17

Can't try too hard to sleep
For the rush of the river ready to roll and rock out
At any table
Give me the highlight and leave out the rest
Parenthetic our Armageddon
Don't try too hard to sleep
Come along every year on the fourth of July
One hundred pounds each of Erie Abu
For Hoppy Holohan
Lord, Lord fit me with your sword
As much as I can afford
Trying to freak me a frying
As she was naturally pale
Eating Turkish delight
In secret...

cluster

Grind The Clusters
3-7-17

Of which I should show thee
In the space of many days
Write, blessed are the dead
Behold a white cloud that doesn't rain
On His head a golden crown
And in His hand a sharp sickle
And fifteen families staring
See to their need and grind the clusters
Not supposed to break down
As to be safe and sound
Whither shall I go superhuman
To cover everything
Armed I had made a bellows
These are the seeds of love
As commanded for a raindrop on my shoulders
Let us slay our fathers and swallow the hurt
And listen to the dirt
Put on a clean shirt...

Build Your Ship (Help Them Understand)
3-7-17

Desirous that they would but labor
They did not believe I could build that ship
Laughing in the wind and crying in the rain
I've been here before
And I'll go there again
Making tools of the one to find out what it's all for
Come the springtime and all you've got to do is listen
As your thoughts will be established
To smite two stones together
And talk about the weather
Arise and get thee to the mountains
I would do it for you tonight
Great and marvelous are thy works
Lord God Almighty
Molten out of the yolks....

history

Recounting The History
3-7-17

Come along and take it all in
As to build a ship
He exhorts them by recounting the history
As to behold the mystery
My words fly off my pen
Brother Laman stirs up our hearts to anger
And with all the heart she learns to see him again
Open today the coffee house in the paths of May in
Into sweet summertime
Not to give it to him
But to make us work for it
In our heal ideal
O, what is real
Carrying the people
Across these waters
Whither shall I go or not....

With Little Tommy Behind
3-7-17

O, make your bellows of skins of breasts
We come to the seashore
In which the sailor invests
Never mind the hacking in the hallway
They are not our pests
I took so much for granted
Now we're in for such changes
Keep on raining my good man is packing off to Scurries
For several weeks where the eyes don't see at all
Learning a sumptuous correction just for snow
Taking again my leave for strong rum
Pivot and snare drum march for a mother
Save your money to join her there
A small sum every week....

On First Nephi 17:8
3-7-17

How can we keep your words
When you cannot interpret what is written
To claim us with a taunt
Be the freedom to the lighting of a spark
A light in the wilderness
I had my eyes glow in the dark
I saw a million signs to bring you out of Jerusalem
To see something new
Then shall construct a ship
Just to keep us hanging on
See it as an opportunity
And say to yourself change is good
And it can be like heaven
For some flavor snatching the ball quickly
For eyes growing in the dawn
Where I tell a million lies
Quickening of our two weeks....

seven bowls

Sever Bowl Judgment
3-7-17

Am I really composing or just scribbling
Words indiscriminately
In the depths of sorrow
Soon to rise again in joy
Look upon the ball and behold
I will carry you to where the streetlights all turn blue
Writing one for the assistant secretary of Erie Abu
Society to translate these scribblings in song unbending
In manner to make a few friends at school of Turkish delight
To loosen their tongues
Trying to console oneself
Paying fees at the academy
O, cobblestone don't be so hard...

On Revelation 14:13
3-7-17

Packing us off to scurries
Was it how our grey stones dig that five string base
To comfort you
And every little counter of gossip
From when you were a child
I do what I can do
You put the weight on me
And Nephi as commanded to build a ship
And it gets too much for me
Where I put the weight upon those that make the bellows
Wherewith to blow the fire for blessedness
Of the holy dead did I deliver you from destruction
Desirous to return again and see what has changed
As this feeling has me spellbound....

furlong

Furlong
3-7-17

Rolling in her carriage
fragile like a butterfly
a good song to play on a rainy Tuesday morning
Hope it doesn't rain all day so says Van
As we walk the streets of Dublin
For the colors of the day soon to fade to gray
Good man, gee
O, you really need to know
A very fine piece of writing
In green profusion
Of high ambition to spur one on
We love to wander
O, green flag gloriously unfurled
O, Erin lift his spirits
May for souls that are clean
Where the grass still grows....

We Pull Punches
3-7-17

Going forth up onto the mountain
For a soul in satisfaction
They had their way come high ambition
It's the woman in you
No sound of satire to disturb ones sleep
Seeing another sign in heaven
Getting down to the deal
Soul God almighty true and your ways
Write: blessed are the dead that live again in Jesus
Travelling for the space of many days
To mourn exceedingly and weep for those who know not
Pulling punches where the earth is reared to thrust in His sickle
We hide in the west from the Sisters of Mercy behind the sun.....

Tritonville

Tritonville
3-7-17

I hear the sound of harpists
Soon in need of another fix of deadly nightshade
Insomuch that I did obtain food last night
Putting up a fair fight by their bows
Having lost their springs on a mattress
Where I dream up better things
Travelling nearly the same course
As the black horse to betray him
To see rabble-rout pledge in my cup
That is lifted to joy
On a trip down our Tritonville Road I meet you there
It was funk but I survived...

Time To Lather Up
3-7-17

Researching Alma
For food thanksgiving
Eight months too soon
Pok! The cork flew
As Rosy written a new masterpiece
Be sorry and console oneself
Rising like the Phoenix from the ashes
Back into the night where the stars fall from the sky
Taking snuff then I look and behold
Worst in the latter dish in the place which is called Nahom
Chastening to report
Hastening to go where I am sent
How great was their joy
Our guidance in the Divine
In prayer parenthetic
It is given Him all that he is granted....

Pok!

Pok!
3-6-17

With one hand tied behind my back
Water in the stream
as the day brings us freedom's reign
As applause continues
Pok! The cork flies out
Giving tiptop were to a new pair of jeans
That I may exhort those in the same old situation
O, on that day Erin is well with being
In not knowing how to ask
Cutting us to the very center
All things said and done
As my Father dwelt in a tent of what is temporal
Here on earth, parenthetic
Time to head on over slow and sure
Praying for the best of the day
That brings us freedom's reign...

Kosmos
3-7-17

Slay wild beasts
Insomuch that I obtain meat for my table
Come the vision of the angel
With the everlasting gospel
It comes to pass
We take our journey
Travelling nearly the same course
Enough caffeine and nicotine to kill a horse
As in the beginning for the ones not defiled
Now that I'm up I need to stay up
With French roast Chock full of nuts in my cup
Look to consult the Alma Plain for all to see
Parenthetic gazing into my pool
It is given Him
As He is granted all for the Kosmos...

Sunlight Soon
3-7-17

Of parallels and genealogies
In other tenements I see it in the same truth
Winning us understanding
Concerning the ways of the Lord
Awake at Nahom
In a time where dinosaurs walked the earth
What do you think of that, Crofton?
Alas twas but a dream
Whom to the courageous of caitiff
Hark, O discovery today and tomorrow
I am not one to be there on accident
For killing instincts
Supreme like a pizza
In my bath and august sunlight soon
Life is like a wheel
To murmuring...

confession

Choosing My Confessions
3-6-17

Sitting at our table
I allow all misgivings to be made known
Bring me my white stone
O, Phoenix a name not to be mentioned aloud
Alas, twas but a dream
Of one whom is spurned
In such a pride as that we do but allow and condone
O, Erin joy with all of such glory
Bound to be in all of this
For the Irish heat
Whether it may be of Christian Spirit
To church that idle treachery
And the voice of man's waters
Before God I would not murmur
For the wind of the willows...

Parking It
3-6-17

Turning off the gas at Market and Main
Making another pass
I park it but not in vain
Outside my favorite café
Looking for the muse
Nothing that we can't handle
So he says there must needs be cast off
Isn't that fire?
What about it?
On the ship of fools
I lay me down for a half an hour
In that it only took five minutes
To get it back in perspective
To clutch the idol of consolation
As if she were my own
One glory
The memory of a lady friend
I danced with and still do....

Taking The Truth To Be Hard
3-6-17

According to the truth
The wicked take the truth to be hard
And she tells me to draw a card
To give me words of wisdom on a lost highway
In a simple fair bodice
The waves and great gain that our king fares
Pok! the cork flies upon rock
A jester lies taking strength from its water
As we strike it twice
So she says, "Don't deny me"
As Peter did Christ thrice
And there's only one key
Last declared to us hard things....

Merwin

Thinking Of Merwin
3-6-17

Selfhood is dependent
On the God that drives you to seek out yet more
Thinking of Merwin
Shake it free and go there soon
And get what you need
Don't forget the trashbags and the laundry soap
Sustaining to erode and in the morning restore
For works done in the temporal body
Our tent that one day will be repudiated by a mansion
Trying to downsize my study space
And set a limit on the books opened
For my moon beneath my feet
He dreams of writing reams
To the rabble-rout
It is given him...

To Filthiness
3-6-17

With all diligence keep what you have heard and seen
In me and in you
Desirable above all other fruits
Such as my rotting grapefruit moldy undaunted
See me through a long and lovely night
See my through today
Here is wisdom to he whom can calculate the number of a man
Parenthetic to lead me onto togetherness
By filthiness preferred for the filthy still
Someone to hold my hand to chastening
And to the calling with God right over there
In one hour I pray for a breakthrough
Save me a song
God give me another victory....

Keep On Digging
3-6-17

Moving on up to open a window in heaven
Let it all go the way it does
In Nephi did exhort
The seeker to keep on digging
For sterling gold
Good God bless the garbage man and rise
Like the Phoenix
To perish upon ones mother's pyre
Born with back against a wall
In days of probation
My officer is yet to be hot in heaven
When the time is right
Without distinction of social class
Reduced to almost zero
In the memory of those
Whom tried to see
And high ambition
Spurring us on now....

heroic

Heroic (Ascetic)
3-6-17

As a soul in wonder
Enraptured by the Spirit
Steal my thunder
For much yet to be captured
For shortage of teachers, let me in
Heroic, ascetic our model monk
And no more of such funk
Digging deep to my roots
Fatherless our capacity for the love at hand
How daring an ambition of wild heart Cistercians
Now a great sign appears to quell all fears
Frogs out of the mouth of the red dragon
And staying on the wagon
This is wisdom in the number
Play four more CD's to work it through.....

Prominent Personages
3-6-17

None of my friends are born in Buffalo
Save brothers yet to be
Apart from landscapes
Much there is to see
and five minutes of silence
In the studio instead of I"
One can use the word "We"
Hearing the invitation
The wicked take the truth to be hard
Namely me
When Lahore guides our course
In the wilderness celebrating the restoration
And wanting to be blinded by locks that hang in my face
As a member of the human race
I believe now to be in a better place....

rave on

Rave On (For Another Golden Dawn)
3-6-17

Come on out and meet me there
In awe I go searching
In comparison for this safety dance
My eighties blast from the past
Let not your conscience condemn the thing that you allow
And speak right words, rave on
For another golden dawn
And look at what it to come
We have our way at Erin
Lists in much yet to say
Of resplended Scripture
Sometimes it matters for the calling
Going out to others  compared to the olive tree
Our land is here and now
In the grafting in of natural branches
Behold we are not broken off
Whom would have wrought her destiny....

In Awe I Go Searching
3-6-17

He needs a teacher
In thinking on the words of the preacher
Ecclesiastical of pearly luster and mossy banks
And a better understanding of what it means to give thanks
At length, dear Dian
Sinking from sight
I will eat good tonight
Even if all I crave are chickpeas
Finding the chosen few
Of mules succoring to his consolation
And God's will for me to get through
And to adjust to a new climate
Versifying who are also when we know on earth
As it is in heaven....

He Needs A Teacher
3-6-17

Quoting a letter from Borris
In a place from the heart
Keep moving on for the formative and liberating inferences
Save but the soul in uplifting eyes
He needs a teacher to hear the words of the preacher
Ecclesiastical discovering its own uniqueness
Do we suggest it
Man is the endowed
Jailed and immured
Waiting in the breech
Hear the call to open up a window
Christ's reign foreseen
Come prominent personages
The woman gives birth to a male child
And we call Him Immanuel
some say it's wrong to say
"I deserve it"
Pok! The cork flies...

born again

Born Again (Again)
3-6-17

Purple Devil Rays shirt
And slackened intervals of adding color
Our convincing style
Many a mile which the old decorum
Keeps sweet as cones in your mouths
This consummation
And I'm knocking with my heart
For singled-out utterance
In a house of my own
To learn to labor each day
We are gifted with God
What would you have me to do
For stars and voices
With easy diction in trying times
Down from heaven clothed with a cloud
Where I am born again again...

Ones voice Sustained
3-6-17

For now it fancies
Reaching up to the moon
In singled-out utterance
Ones voice sustained
We give you thanks
Ah, Lord God
Give me today the victory
When we write it down it will work better for us
To continue seven years
We've been here forever
Where like attracts like
Waiting patiently for stars and voices
None of these friends are born in Buffalo
Given the wiser option to but proceed
He needs a teacher
So, O, go back to class
In dreams of learning the language....

Of Pearly Luster
3-6-17

O, tantalized Spirt of hope in One
I go searching for peace in me to confer with them
Change comes with the territory
So I start to pray about how it will all work out
Play five more CD's
The voice so it speaks is successful
In coming through
In transactions with alterity
God help me to break it down
And to slow down and write more legible
For the balance and still I fail to articulate in the mob
Within the heart come on out and meet with me for assurance....

Gottlieb

Gottlieb
3-6-17

All acknowledgments choice
Concerning poetry
If you see her tell her I said hello
Dedicated to Augusta Gottlieb
Looking for Carl Dennis
Out Bon Voyage to but carry on
For supernatural activity my cat is sensitive to the enemy
And she moves so true in new agitations
Of myrtles and roses and the laws of Moses
Summed up on one word, love
I know just what I am as a dweller
waiting at the door
As old outsides conspire with me
As a reader might write what he's certain of...

On Revelation 11:15
3-6-17

Browse around all you want to
In literary markets of plenty
For their power in the mouth
God bless those whom stand in the vestibule
For emblems of selfhood
And beautiful visions of what lieth in store
For those that seek
And mystical rapture to be broken down
O, have I given too much
To it come the seventh trumpet
Of Christ's reign foreseen
Break it down and take a break
To pray about it
As meter meddles with the matter....

Foolishly said

Foolishly Said
3-6-17

Melting Dover into my soul with Similarities
She gives me crazy love
Trying not to regard the hours of my day
Where I hear the merry gypsy play
Christ's reign foreseen by the seventh trumpet
Starting with me till the end
Taking her into his sheltering arms
At ten on the nose not to spite my face
As well for Rosen
I shall reveal You
Turn it up and let it fly
Looking for Miguel de Cervantes
There are no limits but the sky
And then we should come to know the most High
I believe!

A New Barbush
3-6-17

Another copy of this manuscript
Just floating around
Where I let it fly
As accepted willy-nilly
On the contrary it seems as a blessing
I cannot quite contain
To understand its hidden purpose
Of creative wisdom yet to be performed in writing
Preparing for the Lord of the day
For a breakthrough and to state my claim
As I stand in the name for urban hope
Somehow too theoretical with His divine mercy
Our cosmic steamroller
And time to think on good things
So that I will feel alright....

Ode For Those In Need
3-6-17

O, new man in me
Doing the best I can to be free
For safety in all compassion for those in need
On that Celtic rainbow
Another promise hangs on the prophets
I am still but an infant to the faith
As the cat goes wild chasing spirits dwindling
In unbelief yet unto the remnant of our seed
Yet inquired of that which always remains
Give me that little book and I will find something therein
To keep you in prayer where the light comes shining through
In the space of moments...

Nippur

In Nippur
3-6-17

Of creature initiative
I call myself Creator
Not to make myself equal
But his assistant
Like smoke in a great furnace
Seeing myself in somebody else
I can't do it all by myself
In somebody else
I can't go it all by myself
Putting on my morning gown in Nippur
Just as we have teeth like that of a lion
Beauty, power and glory to you
And this is wisdom, the number of a man
In the times of the Gentiles, I rave on
Come unto announcement rainbow
Upon our heads and foot like pillars of fire
Loving my tarantula
All part of the trial
Where iron sharpens iron...

On Revelation 9:16
3-6-17

Parenthetic and as well empathetic
In Merton's discovery
Come on and dance with me
In the scintillating sparks of good conversation
No further delay
And silence in the studio for but a moment
To hear my coffee percolate
What a beautiful sound and aroma to begin again
Out forty-two months
O love yet to follow
It was more than what I could swallow
We give you thanks God Almighty
With remarks about refreshments
For two hundred million
Such an army to be but acknowledged
Parenthetic....

Of Braziller Series
3-6-17

Finding another book of poems for Dennis
My memorial of benzodyapines with my Guinness
Today I just can't lose
Exclaiming, "The new man"
As the flame we yet fan
Produced shortly after this
A story I need to tell of dreams inexplicable
In another journal I am to christen
For our physique in such dislike
In our Braziller series
Dismantling the silence
And more romance with you
In the moonlight come Saturday
Set the clocks one hour ahead
For our Cynthia and Bidet
As the heavens open...

Byzantine

Byzantine
3-6-17

Christ as a high priest and seventy years
You bought it
Now use it in spite of your doubts and fears
Our old mix of Gibson and Huxley point of view
Mentor we already have learned before
He got here following it chronologically
Every time you smile
By the opening of the seventh seal
Ain't that loving you darling
Even if you don't believe me
Through the midst of heaven
I'm taking about the love that never fails
Come shade and its appearance
And more scribblings....

Simple Enough
3-6-17

Will of God
No longer a blind force
To better the odd
Straight from an inexhaustible source
Looking for Dan Walsh to exclaim the new man
Perhaps too theoretical
Appraised to Boris and memories of Norris
A simple enough story
Caught between the devil and the deep blue sea
Plunging like a cosmic steamroller
As words fly right off my pen
As the theory is inseparable
For the army of the far east
Staying warm in the moment
Glorifying God in all that you do
You are the fifth to find out
Purified and enlightened
If you please...

manifesto

Manifesto
3-6-17

Look for Socrates
Seek Plato
On your knees to the marshal
The interest, the Spirit
How the truth frees
Being fully understood
It strangles up my heart
Offer such with the prayers of the saints
Where I pray for good intercessions
To but step in and assist me
On new journeys
Where a great star falls from heaven demanding
Purifying and effective
Given the talent not to hide in a napkin
For the members lack of earnestness
Sincere by ploughmen dig my earth
Where there are strings as tastes
In that God's love never faileth....

Coming Back (Soldier)
3-6-17

Soldier of fortune
Do you thing with what we can sing
And sing out in spite of doubt
Messiah shall be manifested
For Covenant people
In thy seed all kindreds of earth shall be blessed
Come still rejected of the Jews
But still manage to spread the good news
Dwindling no longer in unbelief
Yea, we will be remembered
As He makes my shoulder sore
In bearing the weight of the boulder
As shame doth but smolder
Crystal clear
Taking that censer with no such fear
In a house on a hill that cannot be hidden
By beacon belligerent
May we be bidden
Coming back...

pawprints

Pawprints
3-6-17

False self in its cause
But happy with the prints of her paws
To this as but our vocation
You know you did honest
To do something about something else
Tugging at my heart wet with rain
Its strings of stranger things
Have not the doubt in another Apollyon
Between the Tigris and Euphrates
Did you get healed tonight
To him is given the keys to death and life
And a gaze goes down in her eyes
Lax knew him well
For Hopkins Huyley, Gibson and Blake
And the eternals.....

Voluminous
3-6-17

If you need me
Why don't you call me
City on a hill waiting for you
Flushed and bareheaded
In another lifetime
What do you think of that Crofton
Our dream of liberty
Pledged in the cup we lift to joy
One joy the memory of togetherness
Make it real one more time
Better to display ones emotion
I thank for bringing it on
Overcome in all blessedness
Grinding at the mill
We are the Covenant people
And they shall know
Come the knowledge engrafted in
As the natural branch
Change comes with the territory
For this great mountain...

Lax

Lax (Knew Me)
3-6-17

Bob Lax knew me well
Whoever he was
Still prevalent with something else
Tugging at the strings
O, scorching heat of weights and measures
Take your seat for the plates and pleasures
God wipe away the tears from our eyes
Back to another universal point in time and space in view
For spiritual eyes and a little bit of readjusting
To the circumstance steady Eddy
This is the deal, Neil
Come seven trumpet judgments
And smoke of incense square and fair
Our great summary  to be not afraid to care....

Growing Into Compassion
3-6-17

Let the good times roll
Soon yet to get to the good stuff
All is well with my soul
In that Jesus is enough
Shewing exceptional precocity
Hang tough
For your authentic witness
Writing a paper on Gandhi
After a summer shower
And the bow of a promise
For power come smoke
And incense with prayers to the saints
As the day brings us freedom's reign
May Erin war in daylight
And native to clutch that idol of treachery
Alas 'twas but a dream
In lot, cabin and palace
Our glory is yet to but illuminate.....

cozened

Cozened
3-6-17

While on fire for God
It's hard to contain the blessing in it
Alas 'twas but a dream
Come ivy dry in the darkroom and film developed
Getting these juices flowing
On the other side of you we learn to fit
Grow this to what adverse circumstance can but provide
Upon the peaks of glory to but yet attain meet and convenient
As cozened O, Erin mourn yet famished
As the day is dawning
As he strove to clutch the irons
He stumbled to get right back up again....

Let Us Roll (In The Hueck)
3-6-17

Of reading voluminous at Saint Bonaventure's
Let it roll like the good times in today, this perseverance
To the Friendship House in Harlem
Hand me the dream in that we can't get enough
For the poorest and most needy in de Hueck, our look
See where change is hard as it comes with the territory
He lies slain by wounds in bravado
Working together unto good
Our lofty ideal aided in this vision
No sound of strife disturbs ones sleep
Rise like the Phoenix o, so dark
Yet illumination for parallel and rebirth
It's my ball!

battle

Another Battle Within
1-1-11

At ease once again
A larger page makes the pen seem smaller
Seem to have lost the will to communicate
It's not a matter of love and hate
Seeming to have lost a sense of identity
At ease once again
It's a battle between asses and cattle
Choosing what I want to hear
Knowing only a sense of fear
Feeling smaller here and now than ever
Yet still I cling to this endeavor
With only a will to simply let it all go....

Panic Attack #1 Blues (Part Of The Plan)
1-1-11

First day of the new year
We tasted a false sense of spring
The taste of coffee and cigarette smoke
Creates a smell of burnt toast
All part of the plan
First panic attack
I ask really what is it
A dangerous place to be alone
So it seems, so many what-if's
It's all part of the plan
God and the devil inside of me
At war once again
It's all part of the plan Desire sets in but for what
First day of the year
Seems to be a little bit more to fear
It's all part of the plan
Learning how to take it all one day at a time....

this has been an interesting endeavor but I must return to 2016 and 2017.

2011

going back a few years in this:

Entering Twenty-eleven
1-1-11

Learning to accept my imperfections
Is one of my twenty-eleven new years resolutions
In this particular book my odes are more lengthy
Due to more lines on the page
Where I allow my songbird to stand on the top of his cage
Seeking out peace of mind
Yet seeing the necessity of a war within
That makes it real
Needing both the warrior and the parasite
In the way we feel
As sometimes we give it all away
To make up for when we curse and steal
Learning to accept my coffee
Even when she is lukewarm
Giving it a feminine pronoun
As a shelter in an approaching snowstorm
Learning to live one day at a time in this.....

Acceptance Speech
1-1-11

One of my new years resolutions
Is to admit that sometimes I indeed stink
And I do so even more when I stop and think
As Satan says things like
"You're wasting away to nothing"
And that you'll never measure up
So I learn to live with it
And open my east window
To listen to them argue
And let them battle it out
Terrified to return to the work world
More than ever
Trusting in the good Lord and handing it all over
I have all afternoon and evening to gripe
And admit that I am the stinking type
But so flaming what....

New Year's First Voices
1-1-11

Voices in my mind say
You're going to end up in the flipping mental ward
Getting in touch with my psyche quite psycho
The other voice says that indeed I am free
Sometimes I'm afraid that I'll lose it all
I've been out of work for almost half a year
And all I seem to know in this moment is fear
How am I going to deal with it
I don't even know what it's going to be
Therefore it is nothing
Mixing up the words plaque and plague
Another way for the enemy to be pulling my leg
Already given the victory
Even when it doesn't seem like it right now

early

Early Is Wise
5-6-17

By coinage of denarius
No one should know
Freed from ensnarement
where eagles dare
I don't mind but I still care
Free to be to the world
In the worlds of renunciation
And supposed holiness
Beautiful sunrise
In its supposed holiness
Early is wise by freedom of faith
It saves the day
Take not the egg with the dam
By strict observances
As they choose to fly
Where opened is the sixth seal
Barking, amen to blessing, glory
And wisdom, Alas 'twas but a dream....

Monasticism Itself
3-6-17

The venom as balm heals my spine
Come monasticism itself
Digging into books on my shelf
Freed from idealism so to speak
Another rhyme to tweak
As the lover of my own prophetic voice
It's easy to get proud
As so glows the veil and shroud
Nobly undaunted and another house haunted
Come stricter observances and flirtation
Alienated tall with broad shoulders
O, poetic Spirit do your best to still the wind and rain
It is you and I
List, his spirit may....

What Am I Doing Here?
3-6-17

O, life free from care
Ready to pursue a true vocation of you
What am I doing here
Yet it is not a mixture
That I am no longer
Do we fear or despise it
Parenthetic saved
Buying the tribulation that works longsuffering
A quart of wheat for a denarius
No point aching when as high ambition spurs one on pork
The corner flow out pledge in the cup
She hints to joy always in your hands
Love afar say, Amen
Blessing, glory and wisdom forevermore
Look up high....

Full Freedom In The Son
3-6-17

Stand fast
There is no turning back
In spurious self isolation
I come out every once in awhile
Crying Peace till ones final breath
The truth I was running from
Is as big as the promise of a coming day
As to quote the spirits of artists
Come full freedom in the Son of God
We live out what we believe
Or at least endeavor to be provided
Forever come freedom won by us in Christ
Leaving behind more than enough
To but challenge those that make their decision to but follow.....

banana

Banana Peel (Don't Slip)
3-5-17

Bathing in many a dream of truth
I took it to the bank but I had no such account
For Theseus of Anna such is of manna
What is it?
But the peel of a banana
For the holier order about it
Of pansies upon seven mountains
Of Dante's purgatorial
To win his freedom our uneven struggle
I step out to say my prayers
Over a sin of the flesh condoned
And self approved somehow unto good
Even sin for monasticism itself
Every day is a day to win....

cranked

Cranked Up
3-5-17

A hanging higher certificate
We carry on regardless
In the fever called living
We learn to accept it
But no matter I feel better off in breadth
Come a visit to Ohio in my mind
To observe to behavior of our Titans
And the last of our fakirs made as the first
And for tap water a wonderful thirst
And a need for a break to break it down
Into bitesized pieces for enlightenment
At Sixth and Chestnut
Pitiless pain ceases  with this fever
On the river Naphaline
I make it mine...

Who Will Stand?
3-5-17

A little bit higher
Our Clement of Alexandria
Formerly entering the heritage in ones own special way
For seeds of reconstruction Gandhi of nonviolence
And seasons of celebration burning in my brain
And a dream of truth about my working life
And what I might become
Amen, blessing and glory to all
Coming out of great tribulation
God, what would you have me to do?
Rehearsing a piece in my thoughts and prayers
For you by tired eyes longing to see it
Glory or coward Caitiff hands at work
In dreams of good success
Who will stand?

No Road To Joy (Such Is The Road)
3-5-17

Of tantalized spirit I'm jerked around
But still see fit to but proceed cranked
O, Jesus be thanked
Of the throne that does shepherd them
Amen, blessing and glory to you and I
And emblems of a season of comparison
Night and day for mystics and Zen masters
And to make the best even of disasters
At the Abbot of Gethsemane
Of priestly ordination
Call it deep
In such call it substance
Tit for tat living dreadfree by nature
For those that love God all things work together
In the sky, Lord, in the sky.....

we are

We Are!
3-5-17

O, rock on all day
Is all I am given to say
Where there is so much more in store
Down to the apple core
Eat, too the seeds
Make it new to meet their needs
And by your will it exists and is created
As taken in the seven sealed scroll
Telling me to turn on a light
God without us is the illusion
In the Summer of twenty-seven
Living in Murat for studies at Ripley
Count not to cross your motives
Come eventual universal adoration
Returning to Doughaston
And for studies at Lychee Ignaz, we are!

Ponder The Pious
3-5-17

Easter recess pardon and powder
Ponder the pious
Going to Strasbourg
Writing on Gandhi
Researching Confucius
One, two, three, five
Living creatures and twenty-four fall down at His feet
And I am loaded with words to write
You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals
O, Angel exalt the Lamb, O messenger and that door jamb
First seal, false Christs
I don't know what to make of it
Second seal, war
May there be no more
Third seal, famine, may we hunger
Fourth seal, death, we all escape
And the fifth our martyred remnant
For Easter recess...

crisis

Thank Heaven, The Crisis
3-5-17

Buying of their milk and cream continually
Against the weight
Nothing to hate
By a profound shift of consciousness
And the reality of solidarity
I an yet to visit a friend and make a transaction
Call him up now
Count it a blessing in such a delay
As do most of us watch and pray
In the form of lowing fluent ink
Most abundantly present
For our remarkable well-rounded presentation
Of just this
Greet my with an holy kiss
As the Spirit so descends like the dove
Such is as love
Thank heaven, the crisis....

In Latter Days (Upright)
3-5-17

Stop not short of your miracle
Special request, our Cowboy time will take us
Resting while upright so composedly
Looking for that woman girl at heart
O, how wonderful for the Beholder night fancy me
Dead to the world and alive through Christ just beyond your swinging gate
Holding back un-freedoms but no longer chained as such
Breaking forth in hymn as in latter days
The covenant be fulfilled as we go by what we know
Yea, we are remembered by one another
In love may all the kindred of earth be blessed.....

Born In Prades
3-5-17

Listen to this now
Be not afraid of a knock on your door
In that it's in God's hands
By formation it sought to give us
As now rather I feel better in breadth
Quieted now a door hanging open in heaven
We open our windows holy God almighty
Where can you go with woman and child
On this planet meant for Christ's love
We run the race where there is no first or second place
For seven lamps burning
As our world is slowly turning
You are worthy to receive power
So just let it unfold just as it is
Born in Prades....
