grainfields

Grainfields
9-18-18

Hiding these things from the high and prudent
Nothing but one whom sings about being the English student fertile enough
In the advanced years as the king now of judgment speaks
As my aluminum pail so leaks
As it seems good in ones own sight in a want to own it
And to be right today
Just living for the heat of the moment
O, child of myself and this new life
Trying to kill one book at a time
In that it doesn't always need to rhyme
Chosen for the testing of our nation
It's a new one on me
As to go through the grainfields
Wise not to try to call them first
Just be at the van at eight
So that we can encourage one another.....

Denouncing The Indifferent
9-18-18

Jesus have patience with me as to break up ones ears
O, with battle in hand I join in on the good fight
And face the friction of fruition for this yoke is as simple as being a boy again
And popping a pimple
exploring the roads of monuments set in motion
Another notion
No time to try to understand it
Carrying such a child as myself for so it seems good in my sight
Everybody form a line all set before I forget not to have another cigarette
Plucking ears of grain
I will not go down easy today
As she is more to me than a parrot on my shoulder
As times like these grow much older
Like a man with a mission
Why must you always speak in rhyme
In that today I am somewhere
For s it seems good to your sight.....

Lawful (To Glean)
9-18-18

O, terrible time
Talent and treasure our parable all for God's pleasure
Another tea time making plans today for someone
As to brush away that black cloud
You can lean on me today as I will strengthen you
And today you just enjoy it for what it is
By our Sodom burning
Knowing only to be
Still learning
Aren't we all
Weal to thee Bethsaida
What do I make of this
But another number in my wired green book
Today cutting it close as to refer to the secret again
I thought of making the call but I thought better of it
Of a biographical nature too old for this
Some say in yesterday's dream even so Father
Lord of the Sabbath
Have me to just enjoy today
Lawful to glean grain....

Lovell
9-18-18

All the way back into Cesarea again like clockwork
In another Big Ben like new challenges of old
And frustration in the silence but not today
Back in time to wait a little bit more just living for the here and now
O who, O what hey how?
All in dance I take a little chance
Under the rule of River Siddons for His burden is light
If you could only choose it
Use it or lose it plucking herbs of grain
O, Capernaum say hello to all of our friends
O, Decapolis at center lovell exasperation
Where boredom is not in my own vocabulary
And I'm going the distance for Jesus' new message
New to us
Don't miss the bus
where there is one greater than the temple
Of the worms of Ellison
A pool of lachrymal discharge
And a grain of sand
Like a pearl in an oyster....

Bruised Reed
9-18-18

In a dark place where nearness is likeness
Really now as would it be as should it come to pass
Condemning the guiltless commending the innocence
Like a forest fight for sunlight
Again I am the early bird to catch his word
As to desire mercy rather than sacrifice
Big words in illegible print not without its compensations
Blowing smoke need to be crazy just to survive
As the liquid has congealed for our stickleback
And Jesus still heals on the Sabbath for a plan of attack
How then will the kingdom stand but one day at a time
To walk on over to join somebody
All for its continuity.....
