pen pal

Best Buddy (Pen Pal)
4-4-18

Her son as his best buddy
Let us study
Requiring not a sign
Good to see you again, my kinswoman
Tell her about it
And such will make her day
Young and desperate for instant gratification
Soon to turn forty-five and look alive and no more strive
Knowledge is mine today and no such parking fine
All the good day as in submission to just be me
Based on a powerful emotion
One in two billion
O, create a wave of change where the coffee is good
Amen, I'm on time
God bless another tracker in his highlands
Admitting that which is ridiculed in God's eyes
A special people unspotted for crazy sound
As winds are going to blow
Passing my possession prized
All in good timing while it's hot....

Ten True Summers Long
4-4-18

The machines of magnification and the Ladder
Cobra, asp and adder
Fastened to Paul's wrists
He shakes her off and is not poisoned for one summer dream
And another blue moon as to expatriate
Where does the key of David fit
Hearing voices scream that I will never quit
Richard is always on the wake
Where clouds today break
I open up the floodgates of the course of innocence
Given the privilege to read my own work
As sitting next to salvation sufficient to feed the entire host
Behold I show you a mystery in classes of biology and world history
In a twinkling of an eye for that first trump and another scroll
Seeing it through as glass darkly until it comes to carry you home
We shall not all sleep
Go, lovely Rose and come again....

Last Of The Beats
4-4-18

Under Emerson our transcendentalist
Shunning graces spied out this Sunday
In hopes for a good sermon
Save the whales and spare the sails
And take these baby steps into the water
How sweet and fair in the hearts of these that care
For its coexistence and grandiose persistence
Greeting Waller by the way
He is alive somewhere of narrow compass
As to await in all that's good
Where death will have no sting
And this weekend I just do my thing
In the afternoon in the eve in saying a prayer for brother Steve
And today I tell him about Jesus
Where pretense is a treasure city in sacred ships
To sail the seventh age
Common fate of all things rare
On a girdle yet to be rent
I want to repent....
