monet

Monets
12-19-18

Hanging posters of rock artists
In dreams of a part time job and the game of life behind it
Doing just fine as Kendall's print slip into the pitch and it takes a miracle
To come out of it
Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable gift
By the admiration of service on a lucky day
Where O, so much comes into focus by the cost of film
And chemicals that make up the day
Above a low bed next to these Van Goughs
Out Monets....

Printer's Messenger
12-19-18

My own camera almost forty years ago
On a shoreline of ponies as to be clustered
We look for the best and God does the rest and nothing has ever come so easy
As plans go right and I'm lifted up to fill again my icy cup for a slight frame
Behind my computer screen
Life could be a whole lot better
As to type the words "I don't know"
And see it as a strength to confess such a limitation
In marble corridors leading into a maze of quiet echoey galleries
Of mahogany and redwood
Yea. stop this train and I'll show you....

God Help Our Hornblower
12-19-18

Wanting them to see my joy
It's why I'm here ever since I was a boy
I loved root beer
O, God help our Hornblower as Dutch-built
Planning to negotiate for shallow draught shipwrights and riggers
As to spy out another coveted item in the music business of my eclectic palate
So I go home and write some more for the halfpenny at my gate bridge as captured
Off the Texel rearmed with a double decker leading all prospects back to home base
Checking where you steer ......

Still Boating
12-19-18

No coincidences in the Lord's kingdom
As so all is planned out as I ponder on these lessons
Where commandments seem impossible which is why we have grace
I can do this as to return to home base and spend it least one hour for composing
As to know no such regrets of this apostasy in spiritual favor of James lit
Than to such and look alive that which I speak as if it was foolish
In this confidence I take this risk as to glory after the flesh
Seeing yourselves to be wise ye become fools
In confidence of beginning.....
