Grain
4-18-15
One grain is equal to fifty milligrams
Information to those to buy their spouse a diamond ring
One quarter carat
The smallest unit of weight in British systems of measure
Needing cold for warmth
Needing pain for pleasure
I so must say to myself to get over it
And enjoy the next hour of leisure
Thankful for what I don't have
No strings attached
No kids, no car, no job
I'm free depending upon
What such freedom is to me
In my new arrival....
Phlox
4-18-15
My phlox is cultivated for her flowers
Using feminine pronouns
To regard to earthly things
O, she looks so liberated with sleep upon my heart
Just one more coffee before I hit the road
Counting my blessings of sunlight
Brew, smoke and the time that passes by smoothly
By my writings, my phlox is known for her beauty
Even if I never met her on my new arrival
I hope to beat my phlegm
Beat the grog and save my day
For Christ is the light, the truth and the Way...
Closure
4-18-15
My collection just to look upon
On the south end of my proverbial scriptorium
And rare live tracks on my dell
With nothing I need buy or sell
In calmness and composure
And a sign of relief in such closure
For sluggishness and apathy
Some say that we are here to graze
And I know that there will be better days
To drink the waters of the river Nile
To get by on my denial
As those of Noph and Tahpanhes
Have broken the crown of your head
And you turned the other cheek
As a man of peace would
And his mercy endureth forever....
Send To Kedar
4-18-15
O, send to Kedar
And diligently consider
What is to be done for the next risky bidder
A game of chance dependent upon circumstance
And another victory dance
What injustice hath your fathers found in Me
Get out and get what you can
If it's alright with mother
Where we lost what we thought we were keeping
And my China doll is still sleeping
I remember you and the love of your betrothal
I cried upon my pillow for an hour
And it felt good to let it all out
O, send to Kedar
And diligently seek
Much time to come to understand
Of how blessed are the meek....
Letting My Feet Breathe
4-18-15
Hair doth grizzle
The sky will soon drizzle
And hoar hairs
I will not be ashamed of my age
But blessed with the years God hath given me
One day old and wise
Finding new ways to behold the sunrise
Meanwhile back in the year of '01
Still a babe in Christ
With my pants undone
Come the first day I wear my Jesus shoes
Clipped my toenails yesterday
Before I'd lose my place again
And find it again in Him
Who gives us all the rest we need
I let my feet breathe....
Moreover
4-18-15
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me
Saying, take up your pen and stay out of bed
Now that you have fixed your hair with gel
Moreover I would respond in all acceptance
The opposite of denial
I aim for hoping for more than just a vacant stare
Moreover hear the words of this covenant
The only thing written in my living will
Is to impart these tablets to secretaries
But O, don't pull the plug on me quite yet
God still has things for me to do
Unto those who stagger
Moreover I must find a new way to walk
Where you went after me in the wilderness
Moreover
I am yet to be the rover
Send to Kedar and diligently consider
Moreover....

britching
Britching
4-18-15
I go a britching
I'll not know yet what this means
In that it's not in the dictionary
These words will make you out and out
Looking inward
In order to hope we must first doubt
For the Briticism and its Gallicism
And neuroplasticity at work
Wanting my relationship with Jesus
To be more than just intellectual ascent
I lie down again to watch and pray
Stop here for awhile
For a good lunch with Mother
This can wait...
Gallicism
4-18-15
By the Briticism and its Gallicism
Not a grammatical error
Loving diversity
In no interest on war on terror
Of French idiom and its expression
I start my day all over again
And get back into the third gear of the rider mower
Having fun around those sharp corners
Don't forget to disengage the blade
Come the custom and trait
Of all love and hate
I will sanctify
And I will sit on high
But humble myself to be exalted
I'm ready to head on out for a lunch with Mother
I finally got some rest
Where I am sanctified in you before their eyes...
I Pass Muster (Take Five)
4-18-15
Waiting until after inspection
To move my writings back to my north wall
Praying I'm not busted for clutter
To my advocate I make my call
For I take you from among the heathen
Heaven is for sinners over
To bring you into your own land
So that even the blind, deaf and dumb might understand
I forgot to enjoy my cigarette
So I light up another one
Quarter per smoke roughly
And I miss my brother
Now I'm on my own
My personal trainer is off her shift tonight
And I'm glad that she got on me about it....
Stridulation
4-18-15
Off with the A.C.'s
To prop open my windows
Starting my day over with late Tull
Whom makes the flutes rock
A story with no such hole
By suspicious stridulation
Coming to acceptance to what is in the rasp
The scrape and its abrasion
To my virgin ears as if hearing it for the first time
As love casts out all fears
Then I will sprinkle you with clean water
And Gomer would have a daughter
Now you are my people
Even of shrill grating
The church is more than the steeple
Looking forward to crickets' songs
Of cool summer nights...
Phlegm
4-18-15
Phlegmatically I begin again
In hopes to stir up spirits low
On a perfect Saturday afternoon
And no more apathetic temperament
I stir it up as I am quickened with Spirit and life
By the crown and pride of drunkards of Ephraim
I was once and twice as such
Phlegmatically of the nature of abounding
In such a humor that surges through my blood
On the days I am less inspired
This is all I have to give
Then I will sprinkle you with clean water
Phlegmatically
I seek to come alive again...
Cabriolet
4-18-15
Riding my cabriolet into town
It's a rough travel west and east again
But God knows I'll live with it
Enjoying the view
Noticing new pubs and cafes
And places I would never visit on my own
This particular one has two back seats
And I share my comfort to those who are struggling
To sprinkle froth and sip the foam
And let out the fizz
And get in touch
With what is riding in my cabriolet
O, Jesus show us the way
Without ceasing I will pray
Another form of meditation
And focused thought upon space and silence
And no more violence...

prestige
Prestige
2-25-15
Into Tarsus, into Carchemish
We made a new wish
And toss back the undersized fish
Into Nineveh, into Achmetha
Eleven day's journey takes forty years
And here I am
Into Shushan
They say hey, you are the man
On prestige paper the photograph is developed
And I have joy in knowing where I come from
As the parched ground shall become a pool
Where the arrogant and self-sufficient is the fool
Where my Aiwa drones
With no worries of telephones
In a glass house casting not stones
Switching back over to the Sony
Seeking to repair it
I am one to put it on and wear it
Back into Tarsus
Approaching the Euphrates again
All is well with my soul and my pen...
Aiwa Fixed
2-25-15
My Aiwa is fixed like a cup of coffee
And books in tomorrow's bag of tricks
Swimming under the Tahitian moon
Now waxing until she is full
They shall obtain joy and gladness
When still I am in love with folly and madness
The ransomed will return
Where preferred is sadness
There shall be grass with weeds and rushes
As still I look to her with adolescent crushes
My Aiwa currently is back in its ministry
Of playing music for you
I've got beautiful people to believe in
Apart from Maralyn Manson
Beyond what I can see with eyes inclined
Life is sweet when I choose it to be so...
440 To My Name
2-25-15
Thus saith the great king
O, lift your voice to sing
I looked sad on my trip with these beautiful people
He did lift me up by a willing hand
To help me to understand
In the thick of it all
Feet content with desert sand
Twenty-two packs to my name
Four hundred forty to be exact
Still lending money out of usury
If I have used this meaning wisely
In the highway of the fuller's field
This morning I prayed for buckler and shield
I speak of having plans and power for war
But I am a man of peace tonight
Biting my pink lady apple down to her core
How then will you compel one captain
In being one wanting more and more
God has much in store
For eyes to see weary and sore....
Sand Shark Caress
2-25-15
I forgot what I was going to say
But that I have found a new bible friend today
Ready to go back one more time
Then return home to write this rhyme
In November of '99
I took my trip to self discovery
And over the years I have learned how to smile
Blessed with cattle and milch kine
Another story to be written in my victory file
O, what confidence is this in which you trust
As sin erodes our lives and buckets rust
Since then I have grown much more
Than in what I can taste and touch
I caress my sand shark and walk on
Look, you are trusting in the staff of a broken reed...
We Understand It
2-25-15
Beautiful people in pictures to believe in
As one again to rejoice and grieve in
Hold on, my yellow butterfly
Spread your wings and shew forth all beauty
And to love so is my Christian duty
O, go up against this land
And take it for thine self
As spoil and prey
And tell me that everything is going to be okay
By the seaports of Zidon and Tyre
Satan wants us to live in fear
And to dwell deep in the mire
But for truth tonight I'm on fire
It can't get any deeper
Man, I've got your back
So says we in our Aramaic
To eat and drink
Our own water that becomes pleasant to the taste
Beautiful people they are to me....
Needs And Essentials
2-25-15
Need Double A batteries
Need cat litter
Need yogart and wheat crackers
I go back out on Monday evening
If it makes you happy
Then by all means pursue it
I don't keep up on Isis
Nor weapons of mass destruction
No one can wipe out this good word
Like a plane I flew it
Do not speak to us in Hebrew
As one to yet subdue it
Need faith, need love, need hope, need joy
For in the Lord Jesus I am still a boy
God's deliverance is promised
Be not afraid of the words you have heard
May salvation be more to you than just a toy...

grate
Grate
3-21-15
Took my five minute power prayer powder
If this even matters at all
Soon to go out for my chowder
I don't know why I still hide behind my west wall
There is no Cherise except for you
Into summer and soon into fall
Where the masquerade began
To kindle the fire upon the Sabbath
Keeping it all in perspective
Soon she will be here
And I will be to her as a blessing
O, Reuben tell me true
Taking up a brazen grate
As one to renounce all resentment and hate
And her hair hangs gently down
Where the poet is given his clean slate
Not to offer the blood with the leaven
I hope to meet you one day again in heaven
One day as a thousand years
I dig this sound....
Aholiab
3-21-15
Four more books yet to give titles to
I've got to admit
I am a wee bit obsessive
Where my reason goes bad
And they were the best scallops I ever had
We are restrained from bringing it around
For such is more than enough packed into my sound
Every morning I bring my offering
Still seeking for a middle ground
To devise curious works
And create beautiful oracles of remembrance
It was another victory
Four more books
I choose my titles by chance
Calling my Aholiab
He can make it well...
Bezeleel
3-21-15
By the wisdom of the embroiderer and the engraver
h our feet in our brazen laver
I stock up on cleaning supplies
Everyone's doing that rag
And when I stay busy time so flies
Calling as well our Bezeleel
Hoping that we can make it real
Son of Uri of the tribe of Judah
The people are restrained from giving
For it was all too much
So may we break out the snuffdishes and light up
And now that I have a full stomach
I can pour myself another cup
By the tabernacle and its sum
Such is as you and I
No longer indifferent
And no longer as numb
The earth will see you on through
This time clothed in tatters
Just so that I might write this rhyme...
Bekah (On The Money)
3-21-15
Talents of brass and shekels of gold
Shove it up your ass when we all grow old
Bekahs of silver
The test you will pass
Like a diamond eyed jack
All is bought and sold
Counted up by Ithamar
Today was like getting a new car
For the service of the Levites
And hopes for cricket songs on cool summer nights
With curtains and hangings and chimings and clangings
I mean not desecrate that which was sacred
According to commandment
Talents of brass
We allow the weeds to grow with the grass
As our cloud doth cover the tent
And soon again I pay the rent
Shekels of silver
Money well spent....
Groveling
3-21-15
I am a worm and no man
A reproach despised of the people trying to maintain my cat litter pan
Abject and groveling doing the best I can
As bulls hath compassed all part of God's plan
His glory fills our tent
And it was money well spent
Four more three-sixties yet to title
And so my favorite song began
Journeying not until the cloud is taken up
And as well a fire by night
And another coffee cup
I am a worm and no man
But this is all part of God's plan...
On Isaiah 8:12 (check this out)
3-21-15
Be shattered and be scattered
O, how it once mattered
O, how our ram is battered
Say not, a conspiracy
Say instead she is here to lend a helping hand
To rejoice in Rezin as one who would come to understand
By the waters of the Euphrates strong and mighty
Going as far as the Tigris of the increase of his government and peace
Clipped my fingernails so I can type
Sprayed my bathtub so I can scrub
The day was well worthwhile
Moreover he says to me
Take up four more scrolls by this one
Say not, a conspiracy
Nor an attempt to terrify them
As God we shall hallow...

inasmuch
Inasmuch
3-21-15
Come the overthrow of Damascus
There is the opportunity for the poet to prophesy with his pen
Come this acceptance of our Samaria
We must needs pass through again
Moreover so it will be to close the lions' mouths in ones den
Inasmuch as these people took us up on the proposition
We leave at eleven
And it will be no strange leaven
The waters of Siloah will flow softly
Where God has the how
And Christ has the when
It's another bright and beautiful beginning
Even when the devil seems to be winning
I hold my wild card tight to my chest
And in good success I will yet invest
Where God wants us to live life more abundantly...
Stay 42
3-21-15
By the primary application
I stand at the mirror as one to forget
How I look like when I walk away
O, speed the spoil and hasten the booty
As to obtain so is our believing duty
As a sign of judgment and captivity
At first in former times afterward
In latter time furthermore
My dead archives are still without confounded advertisements
Stay forty-two, my main man
I'll be there for you
In the best way that I can
O, wave that flag
Ostentation is part of the plan
Stay forty-two...
Gird Yourselves
3-21-15
Gird yourselves and be put back together
Brace yourselves this season for better weather
Back to back I play them
Holding the quill of my basil feather
Wave that flag ostentatious
Rejoice in resin
Accept its residue
I celebrate the second day of spring equinox
As one to hope to think outside the box
Let the hurdy-gurdy play
Naturalizing new words
Like the cunning of the fox
I will not condemn you
O, is this just another one of the devil's lies
Not to worry, we take the lows with the highs
Peace be with you, the mass has ended
Only to but begin again
To but gird...
Shiloah
3-21-15
Whom Jehovah remembers is our Zechariah
I'll never learn when I still have the money to burn
Already paid for but to discern
Ride you out on a cold railroad
We still nail him to the cross
God is with us
Judah is Immanuel's land
That cannot be corrupted
Let him be your dread
May he be your peace
The Lord of hosts
Him you shall hallow
The Spirit of all ghosts
It is he you will follow
Come this conspiracy
By our outlet of fresh water
and its channel that flows through our southeast slopes
Soon it's time for lettuce so let us pray...
Nevertheless
3-21-15
Nevertheless the gloom will not be upon her
And she needs not be distressed today
Not to be stricken again by what I have seen
On the day I prayed for diversity
Let him be your fear
May He be your courage moreover
God gives me another three scrolls
To write upon back and front
Pointing out on the map
Our region where Assyrian armies bring darkness and death
A word to no longer be afraid to but utter
With scallops to be dipped in butter
Except one might die
There can be no following promise made
Upon them a light has shined
Nevertheless...
Moreover
3-21-15
Conversion into our ethyl and alcohol in Beth-el
Our grapes are fermented in time
But Jesus does it instantly
And today I make it rhyme
This ought to be a joy
To create and not destroy
The streets run deep with this rhyme
Where the wheat grows divine
And I had me some loving
For my beeves and kine
Of our yeast enzymes of agitation
And excitement for our palates yet refined
And another happy customer well wined and dined
To produce an altering and a transferring influence
It took but a minute of ones precious time
Moreover he tells me to obtain three more scrolls
To write upon inside and out....
3-21-15

And Christ has the when
It's another bright and beautiful beginning
Even when the devil seems to be winning
I hold my wild card tight to my chest
And in good success I will yet invest
Where God wants us to live life more abundantly...
Stay 42
3-21-15
By the primary application
I stand at the mirror as one to forget
How I look like when I walk away
O, speed the spoil and hasten the booty
As to obtain so is our believing duty
As a sign of judgment and captivity
At first in former times afterward
In latter time furthermore
My dead archives are still without confounded advertisements
Stay forty-two, my main man
I'll be there for you
In the best way that I can
O, wave that flag
Ostentation is part of the plan
Stay forty-two...
Gird Yourselves
3-21-15
Gird yourselves and be put back together
Brace yourselves this season for better weather
Back to back I play them
Holding the quill of my basil feather
Wave that flag ostentatious
Rejoice in resin
Accept its residue
I celebrate the second day of spring equinox
As one to hope to think outside the box
Let the hurdy-gurdy play
Naturalizing new words
Like the cunning of the fox
I will not condemn you
O, is this just another one of the devil's lies
Not to worry, we take the lows with the highs
Peace be with you, the mass has ended
Only to but begin again
To but gird...
Shiloah
3-21-15
Whom Jehovah remembers is our Zechariah
I'll never learn when I still have the money to burn
Already paid for but to discern
Ride you out on a cold railroad
We still nail him to the cross
God is with us
Judah is Immanuel's land
That cannot be corrupted
Let him be your dread
May he be your peace
The Lord of hosts
Him you shall hallow
The Spirit of all ghosts
It is he you will follow
Come this conspiracy
By our outlet of fresh water
and its channel that flows through our southeast slopes
Soon it's time for lettuce so let us pray...
Nevertheless
3-21-15
Nevertheless the gloom will not be upon her
And she needs not be distressed today
Not to be stricken again by what I have seen
On the day I prayed for diversity
Let him be your fear
May He be your courage moreover
God gives me another three scrolls
To write upon back and front
Pointing out on the map
Our region where Assyrian armies bring darkness and death
A word to no longer be afraid to but utter
With scallops to be dipped in butter
Except one might die
There can be no following promise made
Upon them a light has shined
Nevertheless...
Moreover
3-21-15
Conversion into our ethyl and alcohol in Beth-el
Our grapes are fermented in time
But Jesus does it instantly
And today I make it rhyme
This ought to be a joy
To create and not destroy
The streets run deep with this rhyme
Where the wheat grows divine
And I had me some loving
For my beeves and kine
Of our yeast enzymes of agitation
And excitement for our palates yet refined
And another happy customer well wined and dined
To produce an altering and a transferring influence
It took but a minute of ones precious time
Moreover he tells me to obtain three more scrolls
To write upon inside and out....

Prawn
4-18-15
It's going to be a beautiful day
But I don't need to be out in it
I am content with sunshine through my east window
For all crayfish decapod crustaceans
I killed too many of them when I knew no better
As a child with my obsession
Of finding my own food
I'm fortunate to be alive
After all that I have tasted
Prawning my fortune that comes in the form of these words
Behold the noise of the bruit is come
Great commotion out of the North Country
All things will pass
For his mercy endureth forever....
Hear Ye
4-18-15
Hear ye the words of this covenant
This agreement, this promise and this testament
And so that we would suffer
I know that God never meant
Where cities of Judah are abundant
With the blessings that outweigh the burden
O, Lord judge me not in thine indignation
Lest thou bring me to nothing
A poem for the alien
For the foreigner and for the wild
I still nurse on her milk
Like a child to drink the waters of Sihor
O, why take the road to Assyria
My bible can serve as my cheat sheet
Of this open book test
The way of man is not in himself
Where I agree to go along for the ride
Back out to my west...
Brassbound
4-18-15
God will give right Spirit upon all flesh
The Sabbath ought to be a day for your lamb and ox to rest
Yet to moderate my volume with no ill will intended
Glad for the children that get a day off of school
So many are struggling to be in and to be cool
It's an overwhelming responsibility
The choice of mine is to stay with it
It is not the man that walk to direct his steps
I would be missing out if I did retreat
Into my man cave again
Of rulers and of shepherds
There is no reason to be suspicious
The Sabbath ought to be a day of rest...
Straight Ticket
4-18-15
Rigid and inflexible
I stay teachable and pliable
Going brass collar
In my free choice that is something to defend
But not by life and limb
God bless those who serve our country
But not by reason of death
Yet brazen and impudent
The neighbors will just have to live with my music
As I live with theirs
Give me another alibi
And I will let it fly
And I mean no lie
Going straight ticket
In the year of sixteen
Conversations say That we're in for difficult times
Unwavering faithful but I miss the mark and I miss the point
Be comforted in this and be not afraid
I take a sad song and make it better....
Recollection
4-18-15
I recall the love of your betrothal
And my first taste of such a spiritual gift of Being
It was beautiful for awhile
But I wanted more
For rulers and shepherds
For elders and for deacons
For lighthouses and for beacons
I had pity for mine holy name
Not to make myself equal
But to but proclaim
Many have profaned it wither they went
I can't live up to everyone else's expectations
And I have the right to turn the air up high
For the second time this season
In and around the lake
I do not this for my own sake...

welcome
Welcome
2-24-15
Welcome to Perea
Using fabric softener for laundry soap
what's the worst that can happen
Unconventional
Take a wife of harlotry
Call your son's name Jezreel
Blood will be shed over the thing that is real
Refill for eighty cents and a flavor shot
Sweet deal
The land hath committed much whoredom
So that the bible scholar would know no boredom
To avenge the blood of the house of Jehu
I don't think I'll ever kick the habit
Hosea is a type of salvation
I am yet to win my first soul
This is my dream and goal
Welcome to Perea
O, LoRuhamah
I am willing to take the chance
Welcome
Chaffed
2-24-15
O, Lo-Ammi
You again will be my people
But not according to the height of the spire or steeple
My upper lip bleeds
As the other partner in dance yet leads
I smile and it cracks chaffed
Taking risks O, so bold
Satan wants one to be passive
The opposite of activity
The story never gets old
O, Lo-Ruhanna
I will have mercy
I have my whole life ahead of me
Yet shall be as the sands of the sea
And I will find new meaning that lieth in me
O, what's the worst that can happen
In such a blunder
As lifted so is the pressure I was under....
Excited
2-25-15
Excited about beginning another three-sixty
Here it is for you
And I, in the wasteland of all that is used again
Recycling thoughts by way of another beautiful black pen
Went four hours without a smoke not according to the why
The where or the when
In the wilderness I am glad for them
As the desert will rejoice and joy will be our choice
It shall blossom abundantly by the others
By the redeemed
By those rescued in what they have dreamed
The lame shall leap like a deer
And I hope to relinquish all doubt and fear
I'm excited....
Welcome (Part 2)
2-25-15
Welcome to Perea
And spiritual gonorrhea
Get your vaccinations while you can
Sensing your sennacherid
You will be the man wanting to lift up a brother who has fallen
The tongue of the dumb will sing
By the cedars of Lebanon sparrows take wing
The ears of the deaf will be unstopped
Where planes take flight where bombs are dropped
Dropping down like sweet wine
I believe in tomorrow
And all that will be divine
Handling my Hezekiah
Welcome to Perea
Welcome...
Kingdom Blessings
2-25-15
This is my passion
Regarding not such a worldly fashion
Given a generous ration, my lot, my hap
Of what I got right in my lap
In what is not another pen cap
Making coffee hot where the plan is to SLAP
Sounds like a plan
Praying for their assembly
In any way that I can
Strengthen weak hands
And make firm feeble knees
Lift up your brother
As in love God agrees
Words will be yet flowing free
According to what the poet and scholar sees
This is my passion
I pray that it will come to something
In the world today....
Assyrian
2-25-15
Of our Assyrian invasions
We make the best of peace in times between
I was starting to die
Just to see what surrender can mean
Accompanied by Sargon as general
And getting a look behind the scenes
Whoever walks the road although a fool
With One it will all be cool
I looked happy at my birthday in two thousand two
And all over again I can see it as something new
Beside my lady friend of forever
I still pray for you and you
One more day of this and dreams will come true
For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness
And streams in the desert....
