Jobard

Jobard
6-4-16

All for Diogenes
Looking for an honest man
Cut me down and I will grow back
From roots that reach deep
All for Croesus
By fraud and by force
As to saddle the black racing horse
And let nature take its course until overtaxed
Much on ones plate
Whom shall I send
And who will go for us
Draw my bath water
And now my lather
All for Lydia and another clean shave
Ready for another hot one
In more ways than one
Wooded and Sylvan
For willows and Jobards
We take our train to collage
And I fail my classes
Only for the experience
Today it's alright to decline...

Too Much To Bear (The Room)
6-4-16

Go and tell this people
Hear ye indeed and understand
Not making the least of the people fat
And the feeling's gone
It's been a week since I've been there
As soon in a castle dark
And a faith strong
Yet Sylvan and wooded
All shadows of tall trees serve their purpose
Today I miss out for tonnage of stone
Being brought in a ship
Half way around the world
And as the dime bag serving its purpose
My dead man's suit and lucky graveyard boots
It's too much to bear
The room where the Way is dark
I rise tomorrow to the occasion
As convictions are enough
O Lord, how long?
