seaward

Seaward Sabbath
1-20-18

As veiled sisters of mercy
Pray for those in dire need of consolation
I learn to tell my stories of grace in my own way
By the power of the resurrection
Where the night is yours alone
Known as the keeper of the gate
As one to desecrate of drouth
Spitting seaward flying
It's officially the Sabbath but I choose to work hard
For it is good to lift the sheep out of the pit
Seaward asking our unbroken wings for empty forms
To weather the storms...

It Took The Cross To Say When
1-20-18

Unto those whom oppose
The letters to Rose
In that Jesus knows me
Where life has passed upon all men
Where another dandelion grows
So I take out her souvenirs
In the importance of being earnest in historical context
In that we learn to rise above
Greeting reverend Maturin with all kinds of crazy love
O, Spirit of River and sea
And virtue in you
And me glad to see you again
Teaching us to sit still going further
Suffer me not to be seperated
Tell me how much sugar
Tell me when....

That's Something
1-20-18

Knowing the element of suspense
At the mouth of all holy prophets
There is no shame in wanting peace
For today and tomorrow
And there is no error in fight and flight
As we freeze for God's delight
Blessed and grateful on your throne of honor
And glory go on ahead and tell your story
Almost panicking over a spinning wheel
And the doctor inquires how do you feel
And O, what is real
And yea, here's the deal
As to be a witness
As to serve our next meal...
