shepherd

Shepherd
1-8-18

A seething pot faces toward the north
As windows of heaven pour forth
Waiting for the eight o clock bell to peal
I see a rod of an almond tree
As he lays my vine waste
Just for a sweet taste
Corn wasted and new wine dried up
Just to fill again my cup
Be ashamed vinedressers for wheat and barley
And serenading bus driver Charlie
Today the choice is mine to take it easy and take care
Under Brigham here comes the flood
O, whatever it takes
To make it under Hyrum in the flesh
Teaching in the Savior's way
Every day is a party so she says
Until we meet again....

On Joel 1:17
1-8-18

As the Lord's ministers mourn
A child is born
Be ye ashamed, husbandmen
Howl ye vinedressers
But I am not one to judge
Seed is rotten under clods
God knows what we have need of
Scoffing at those that know better
Sure, sure I can
It's alright in painted breath by the teaching
From this message intruded
Come and see me and I will love thee
Under Uchtdorf we yet mingle and morph
Doing my homework and reading their Ensign
Waiting for Jesus
I don't know how to stop writing
Your ideas on the stars
Willing to bear your burden
And count it as a blessing
Where even a fool is counted wise.....

Touching The Power
1-8-18

Tomorrow is a game of lucky nines
In the numerology of negotiations
And today I go to battle with shadows alongside a friend
That sticks closer than a brother
Obtaining favor of talebearer and whisperer
No need to be alarmed
They're just doing their job
For corn on the cob when in season
So it seems all will be fine and dandy
Inebriated upon figurative brandy
As beasts groan and cattle are perplexed
Like the noise of fire that devour stubble
O, meet me halfway when I touch the power and see your face
Waiting for Jesus in the struggle under Holland of the Quorum
Considering the incomprehensible cost....
