Cheating Off Of Rose
3-27-18
Don't tell me I've gone too far
And at the crack of dawn a first magnitude star
Known as a planet if she moves in the sky
As still we inquire of the holy
and then the man in me turns off his phone
Grieve with me in our mass production zone
Keeping tabs and adding to our abs
Incredulous as my surreal story of what went on that day
As a little bit of faith goes a long way
O, whatever you say
For a padlock left undone
And yesterday I get what I need and want
Stated in the present tense to make it official
Some say it's cheating but I call it practice
On my spring morning walk to the Caravan
As to get out for some fresh air.....
Another Journey On The Page
3-27-18
For Ignis and our air
We get good heat under layers for players
In pleasure and pain
Where Satan knows our soft spot spiritually speaking
And God knows too my pain in a soft place
Our pleasure on jagged rocks be careful what you pray for
Prominent among these
As the dead leads unto glory
Now that I'm a little bit stronger
Of judgment behind and cloudy vision ahead
And in the east the sky is lavender and red
Changing my mind as if she touched it by realization and self control
Excuse me I need mosey to the bathroom
Not a guarantee that I will swallow a bitter pill
For my bad and my ill against God's will
As redeemed from the slothfulness
And it's getting better all the time
For the journey upon the page....
Elaborate By Twilight
3-27-18
Dulled by distortion
Appalled in extortion and no such abortion
In our Novitiate on downtime a double portion always slowly awakening
To another good one, a stone one
A glass one and a wood one
To replace it on the side of the road to embrace it as if it were your own abode
To chase it as to be the one to crack the code all for steady paced prudence
But still checking them out for what it's worth all for my peace on earth
To throw away all consciousness of fear and cast it to the dogs following them
To a better life for this potential nightmare
Where a greater self is as such to be
As to decree and get myself free
Of morbid calm as far as purblind eyes can see
As the message interpreted says, "I am!"
On Second Thessalonians 4:11
3-27-18
Wait, even so a flush create
And soon be on the go
But I'm not looking for a crush
As I lie down and request the power to face the day
Like an April shower under which we get away
If but only for three hours fine and dandy
Controlling the stream pouring into ears recalling the dream
Like shadows of my doubts and fears
Ready soon to depart like a soul seen as a work of art
I have much to contribute in this happy time
For a kiss that lies upon Anon
Getting a hold of the greens back to Saint Joseph's wall
As if it were a shopping mall with words to be written
And to be no more frost bitten
For our manifest token of chains unbroken
Eating not any man's bread for naught
As if by the Spirit taught
Studying to be quiet....
