No Easy Way Out
3-17-18
No easy way out in straying from the Word
I've been there in much doubt
To lead the flock and herd
As sullied on the fourth page
Tapping into my rage
It seems like it will never be enough
No falcons near them
Painstaking but not to fear them
O, sword of Khans in our dark Asiatic world
Rabur give thanks
And today fill up their tanks
Soon we must part ways
I want the pressure to be lifted from my shoulders
Boat tied to the dock
All for Peter our rock
And strung foundation
Digging off the topsoil of Tamerlane's empire of dirt
With heart enlarged and phone again to be charged
With bristling beard
Life is all too weird
In the stone city streets of gold
More than just pretty
For subtle streams of conquest
Today I go west....
Nothing Lasts Forever
3-17-18
Sometimes I am as the maddest lunatic on the block
Mad about my good unfathomable no easy way out
On a breezy day of doubt
Yea, it could be windy like yesterday
Getting some more fresh oil
The tool can very well become the plaything
Cooling and cleansing
Life doesn't stop right here and now
O, show me the How
As to find the horse not made of sand
Often indeed I hope to come to understand
What it means to ask if this it true
A step in the right direction
O, get these miracles back up and running
As such is a time to be no longer gunning
Where nothing lasts forever save the Word
Along with the Gur Awir and tombs legendary
And time for the phone call
No flesh can dwell in this presence
Blessed with this companionship
Time to lather up again...
