Onslow

Onslow Gardens
4-29-18

Back in our Onslow Gardens
A thousand and one pardons
As to put a new blue dress on
Where light fadeth but for a moment in tight sleeves
Upon sloping shoulders coping with boulders behind the curtains
Never again to be drawn
I beg to differ calling our Hansom
Taking ourselves for ransom and turning it all over again
Still too cold for this time of year
Skin too frozen for my style
So did I turn my soul still figurative
Wish for that which is just
Come to congruity of such lust
Together we fly someday
Be an eagle, a lion or a snake and go Toltec
As atoning for the sins of the world merciful
For that which is merciful
Cosigned to probationary states of mortality....

Calcedron
4-29-18

No rest for my heart's race can grande dolla swalla
As a parochial individual looking for that one truth
And we read about it and hope so that these things are true
And I'm up at one for a higher purpose as all mankind is fallen by faith
Up and at it again as the king declares shameless with his many knives and forks
The strong survives
O, rise the grain for sugar plowing through every vein
Later held at Calcedron on a chilly April morning
May as well turn that calendar page now that the time is right
As to meet some deity with claim upon the creature
Our old school feature
O, ruminant affixed so be it
I'm up and at it again....

Trusting Intuition To Decode
4-29-18

More scribble illegible in Dante
I find it afresh at Nicea and at Trent
Through the lens the light is bent in beautiful simplicity
When I came I went
Don't turn your head back to the wall
But turn instead to the window to ones east
Having over our theory on the subject adding leaven to our yeast
Yea, go thy way and decode the word and don't close your eyes again
Taking of the waters of life freely
Discerning not aspects of my being
And I still believe in the mediation of our Nicean Creed
And no need to hide yet still in Souffler
And much ranker in my bag of cassettes
But at least it's mine
Service begins at nine
So be it, firmly established
Essential for the adventitious....
