Instant gratification is short lived
As are little white lies
Where you need back up every story
On your tongue to toll aimlessly as the Lord liveth
As to respond to supplication
Up early getting psyched to meet my hedges
In knowledge concerning the engravings of records
Got to keep on buzzing where cups at home are better
Than a dime a dozen
Caught in the vacuum for a shepherd's life
O, mistress remember this is your gift
