Fayette

At Fayette
5-3-18

As to plumb the depths of the soul and find it yet shallow as our stream
All for watermelon sugars and trout fishing in America in today's heat
And forever it is the good Lord that cleans them
Ripening in iniquity
We and what we are
Taking up Christinf Rossetti
Just for the entertainment of erudition
Taking up as well the Koran
God thus encompass us and we believe in what we taste and try
As to wrest as to wrench and do my best to abstain from the smoking bench
And to you billionaires and all knowing
And try not to raise a false report
Taking it to the darkest ball
To count where everyone is searching for the meaning
Go hence and be friends to one another.....

Thunder Claps
5-3-18

As thunder claps for fear
I and my lady and of the pact the music I heard
Looking in my magic mirror I see another new me
By Spirit in many instances where the world ripens in iniquity
It's all God so I said in the face of another complement
O, prostrate yourselves when days still remain
In taking steps of faith as to turn from this besetting sin
And to remember the world of souls and on earth set realistic goals
Greeting Cowdery to join all the trance for cinnamon rolls
Learning about Presbytery and our true report
Not to follow a multitude to do evil
Nor speak of a cause to decline
As to wrest and wrench for a thirst no man can quench
As thunder claps for serenity.....

On Exodus 23:14
5-3-18

Six days work
Seventh day rest
Fix for May's lurk
In heaven we taste of the best
Where any fool can see dwelling in gardens watered
Not to oppress the stranger nor fret of the danger
Take the gift for it will give you second sight
Dwelling in gardens watered
As rushing streams as to be inclining to get that fix
Where the devil is still up to his same old tricks
As to send the drivel to keep thee in the way
And to have much to learn in bondage
As sometimes its texture is enough to smile in ones face
Of their gods a snare unto those that waver at the feast of the harvest
Of our firstfruits
Its texture is enough
And the measurement is justified.....

For Righteous Amusement
5-3-18

As one to face the truth
You can feel it in your youth and as well in midlife
Go hence and be companions one unto another and call me brother
Gazing at tables of stone praising all fables that stand alone as guides to let us know
We're not alone making our covenant of peace with a new dawn for the Word
Cause for which we stand fast reading and writing for righteous amusement
In that I dig it like the dirt I am yet to wash away and ye are in our hands of giants
Standing before pygmies as in Tolstoy's cause such is grace
For every creed and race and soon time to step in the water
Rare and anew distilling in hospitality
And pressing onward.....
