proclamation

Proclamation
3-24-14

By faith I turn over to the book of Ezra
Going back to face the music
Concerning the second building of such a temple
Putting on my armor by another proclamation put into writing
According to Cyrus whom is surnamed the sun
Whom proclaimed that the temple was to be built again
Where Nebo protects his landmark
As bible scholars are not left alone in the dark
Helping them with silver and with gold
Where this good word doth never grow old
By the beauty of all mysteries we are yet to unfold
By the contributions made to those returning
My zeal doth rage
As my candle is burning.....

In Class
3-24-14

Everyone to his own city
So shall we go
Calling up a brother to ask him if he has been there
Where I stand today but not alone
Where the stone rejected becomes as the chief cornerstone
And it turns out he's still engaged in class
And I rock on by the yoke of the ewe lamb and an ass
By the chronology of our postexilic era
Serving as the study at hand
Of these many names I would never come to know
Like the back of my hand
By which the priests and Levites are yet to return
In that in this
I have so much more to learn...

On Ezra 2:62 (look this up)
3-24-14

Chapter two so was a long one
As chapter three would serve as a strong one
Where these sought their listing among those registered
As geneology serving as my next wonderful study
As so does my brother this year, a multitude of seven
And a fresh and new hope for heaven
And the purging out today of old leaven
With Urim and Thummim
Firmly held in hand
Where he will have mercy
In that I go there to come to understand
Trying to visualize my steps taken by faith
Being today the only way to but please him...

On First Peter 1:2,3 (look this up)
3-24-14

He hath begotten us again
Unto a lively hope
In yet in need of a bath with Irish Spring soap
By the sprinkling of the blood of Jesus
That serves as a way to cope
By the resurrection of our Jesus from the dead
Where he has touched my lips
Putting words into my mouth and head
To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled
Fading not away
Reserved in heaven for me and you
Where the true tabernacle today is you
Written by this black pen
Just as well ought to be as blue...

Seventh Month
3-24-14

Correlating to our modern months
According to a calendar hanging on my kitchen wall
So will be the truth
As I wait for a councellor's call
According to our drachmas and minas
That represent everything that money can buy
From sea to shining sea
Where so stands today our most High
According to lights and perfections
By which we are reformed
O, give the music back
Of which I am again defined....
