Interruption
4-29-15
Yet another divine interruption
Profound and profane
I mean not live in this resentment
Because such is not me
Therefore behold
I will hedge up the Way
Try some of this to give you something to say
For Parthian passions
And getting back in the Way
Persistent and tenacious
Arsacid
and dreams of going to Lake Placid
As if tripping on acid
I lose myself to find it sometimes
And she will follow after her lovers
As it was better for me then than it is now so it seems
Thank God for the night to escape into my crazy dreams
Where those of the city
Shall flourish like the grass of the earth....
New Month
5-1-15
Thank you Jesus for another month of another day
You ask how can this be as such
And for your understanding
I pray by wimble and awl
Boring holes in their souls
With my southern drawl
Thank you Jesus for another pen
Contributing eggs I am as the hen
Not as the ham, no, not all in
The moment that I lose is when indeed I win
In the moment of surrender
You are of my kin
Up and at them
Not too late and not too soon
Thank you Jesus for the next phase of our moon
In the act of sortilege
They cast lots to choose the next disciple....
Return Revisited
5-1-15
Therefore will I return and take away the corn
Therefore today I have much to learn
To bless the day when I was born
By wool and flax
To cover her nakedness
And the piercing of the thorn
I can finally get on with it
Three hours of resistance
I was waking before the dawn with it
Another fresh batch
Another honest catch
My cat is declawed
She will not scratch
Let me hear the rhapsody
I focus on her snatch
Therefore will I return
Because I have so much yet to learn
Where love stays the same
And our heart is not to blame
May our cloud settle
For a fresh batch in my kettle...
Parthia
5-1-15
Do you still hold fast to your integrity
Curse God and die
Speak out and lie
Break down and cry
Do you still cling to your sincerity
Ask not why
For ones wheat and rye
Allow the clock to grow wings
So that time might fly
No longer identified by it
By dreams of Parthia
Diversity is nigh
Including in the Assyrian empire of dirt
I caress my collar bone
In no need to get hurt
Therefore will I return come Tuesday
For I have much to gain
And much to learn....
Another Quire
5-1-15
Another song of Gomorrah
Such a beautiful place
As I spend today in rhyme
With my amazing Grace
Call me a blue meanie
For I have feared the love
I hear a voice telling me to flee
Trouble needs not come to me today
As far as purblind eyes can see
Drawing lots with sortilege
Cracking thumbs of cartilage
A credit to the flock
I light up and just enjoy the morning
And roll away the rock
For coffles of cattle
Farmers go to battle
In the city of a man
Nothing is there but fire
As so I do the best I can
I write myself another quire...
