louvre

Louvre
8-20-14

I'm not supposed to be like this
By this cetology of whales
In being in their belly
Quite culpable, injurious and improper
According to such states of bliss
Deserving of censure
I greet you again with my kiss
By the framed opening in this wall
I reach out to you
Through horizontal slats
Of such alexia and word blindness
I close my eyes to see it more clearly
What lies in the real you and me...

Good Eats
8-20-14

Of my miniature love apples in store
I purchase enough produce to but feed a whore
To play my eighty-four archive
Inasmuch as they brought forth the sick into the streets
I am thankful tonight for my bedsheets
Expecting the shadow of Peter passing by
They might be healed according to the sect of the Sadducees
And good eats
O, what will be your book this season
Given a new Bible plan
And reasons for cottage cheese and red beats
No longer to be filled with indignation
Called to be an apostle
Through the will of God today
As one to partake in strong meats...

A Period Of Blessing
8-20-14

Come the Calvinism of my compassion
By the rudiments of the rough ration
By the period of blessing
After its facetious fashion
Now I plead with you by this name
That the Word of God to me is more than just a game
As heaven is yours by the lions we tame
Stay with me I need support
By God's omnipotence
We partake in the same
In Pan-Hellenic unification
We find our way
Here, now and today...

Panhandle
8-20-14

Yes, the angels of the Lord by night
Opened the prison doors and brought them forth
As we declare, O peace
Even in the midst of ways to justify the borders
Towards the north
Saying O, go stand and speak
In the temple to the people
All the words of this life
If we are to pass by the side
According to our strife
Going to the forum
And then to the Bema
On our long road to Philus
Much like the Panhandle
And then to the temple of Aphrodite
We travel in style...

Selah
8-20-14

Bringing to nothing
The understanding of the prudent
Yet to dilate the pupils of the eager student
For I determined not to know anything among you
Except Christ crucified
According to the wisdom of this
For the rulers that come to nothing
I observe a moment of silence
Selah
Not with persuasive words
But of Spirit
Comparing spiritual things by contrast
To bring it to nothing
Yet to know it is something...

Today's White Lie
8-21-14

Today I'm a liar for the cause of truth
Saying that I can't make the scene
In wanting to skirt around these differences at the ticket booth
As one to yet attend the show
At the temple of my Aphrodite
Just as well for sooth
According to Corinth
In the time of Paul
On my road to Lechaion
While yet in my youth
Today I am a liar
For the cause of being true to me
And I owe it all to my Freewill
And my choice to stay at home
The eye has not seen
Nor hath the ear heard today
I lie for my well being
To but give my word....
