northward

Northward
1-6-14

From me the Word so is sounded forth
Where all ambition like an eagle spreads her wings to fly north
Making the most of morning moments
Getting ready to weather the approaching storm
By the negativity of negotiations of the norm
Grace to you and peace from the Father
By my dreams of my return to the collage dorm
So O from me the word so is voiced by all grace and glory
By which the poet hath rejoiced...

On Ephesians 1:3 (look this up)
1-6-14

As a believer standing in the grace
Having come a long way today
I'm in a better place
Soon to go to the ends of the earth
And taste the coffee of constant change
By my cotton and lace
And blessed be the Father
Who has blessed us with spiritual blessings
In heavenly places
Putting one foot in front of the other
Ambling seventeen more paces
As a believer I walk the walk
Praying that this is not in vain
And that my words are not just talk
As a believer chosen before the foundation of the world
Approaching the blackboard with ready chalk...

Back In Business
1-6-14

Predestined to adoption
Where ignorance is no longer an option
Wondering where these words will end up
Hoping that all of this has been for something
Reaching for the dial inside my winter coat pocket
Back in the business of testimony
Just as he chose us to speak out about the mystery
Of lucid dreams of packing my books in haste
To report to the next class of world history
Predestined to adoption as sons
According to his good pleasure....

Yet Another Order
1-6-14

Forgiver according to these riches
Where the blind doth lead the blind into muddy ditches
Seemingly stuck in the mire
By the music that travels through my wire
By the dispensation of fullness preaching to the choir
Gathered together in One all things
Placing another order of gold rush barbeque chicken wings
In Him by which we have obtained the inheritance
Being predestined according to this purpose...

Propensity
1-6-14

By propensity, by propinquity, by partiality, by proximity
We as being human still pick favorites
Looking down on those that walk on dressed in rags
This is our nature to yet judge by the outward appearances
This is our folly by what is cheerful and as well the melancholy
We ask O, why does God allow it
In our world of scruples and its flaws
Believing in Jesus requiring faith like a child
That will acknowledge a Santa Clause
O why doest thou cry out!
