The time is Now again
Over and over, eternal
There might be dark songs written about the light
It satisfied my taste of hearing
Man at his best state is altogether vanity
The time is now again
O, can solitude signify austerity
Depression can be a friend with good advises to slow down
Next Tuesday I buy five more packs of smokes God willing
I could say that I am nothing
And I would be telling the truth

One Go-Between

Like a ghost writer
I coin phrases from the sidelines
From the lowest low to the highest high
Pastoral epistle, a leadership manual
Read it again and find something of newfangled significance
My guide is the kinswoman so says Sister
For the majesty of God and only one go-between
Nothing to stop you now
And we'll have it made
Conscious nine hours so far already
Some crept in unawares
An escape artist racing against the light of day
An idol is nothing in the world
But something we can see
Come the eighteenth century higher criticism
Where three bear record in heaven....

Father, Word and Holy Ghost are as One
For unconcealed truth and verily with all compassion and charity
Apostasy rushes in
No other God but One
Our rational view
All this time trying to understand it
Just the way that God has planned it
The talk of the peaceable kingdom
Incarnation O God in flesh
Can't explain it
Just believe it
Our mediator of a better covenant
