Regolith
12-29-15
Sweet sixteen
Three more days God willing
They must needs be born
Need an umbrella
But it wasn't my style
For twilight half-tints
and sparks of all struck flints
And regolith resting on bedrock
Of wood and weft
And the time that is left
A seeming contradiction explained
Still dark at about twenty till eight
Such is life as we know it
And nothing to hate
Mysteries unsolved
I get my clean shave
In honor of those that still know their stubble
Of Regolith
It's all a state of mind
I heard their groaning
And have come to deliver them....
Regnar (Not Found)
12-29-15
Ruler and judge
Old schooler and caramel fudge
O, Regnar I write to your spirit
As writings in our sacred halls
Identify between such empty spaces between us
Wordsworth still comes to mind
When the bottom falls out
And I become withdrawn
Off with the Dell and on with the old school Apple
Namely my calf and my huge face
As smooth as a baby's rump
Altogether brutish and willful
Still trying to smoke in the rain
The stock is a doctrine of vanities....
Taking Up Paintings (A New Rite)
12-29-15
As the power proves you right
The ego never wants to be wrong
At eight on the dot
It still seems like night
This is as bright as it gets
To inspire the writing of this song
O, King of nations
Where do we belong
For to thee doth it pertain
The bible says to pray for rain
I brush my teeth a second time
My O.C.D. for the cause of rhyme
Who would not fear thee
Looking for Francis Brown and his paintings
Another way to be as the enthusiast
To but inspire gold of Uphaz
And the hands of the founder....
