east

Here Lies The East
11-6-16

We confuse in that we are both deceived
Call me western daybreak
Not alright quite yet
By playing such a midlife game
On this side of Montana
Leaving the only blood to Jesus
On my left pant leg
Here lies as well the east
Friends disperse yourselves
O, sister heaven
A rose without a thorn
For two famines
Love and certainty
As Herschel's private internet gone public
Turn on some Hank Junior and celebrate the sadness
Will you come forth today or no
I still believe that Jesus died for our sins
And for hearts full of pride....

I Still Believe
11-6-16

Back to regular schedule for time
Feeling like John Wayne
I never thought I'd give a damn
To make it as a miracle
To live before he comes
We weigh the time come totaled vehicles
Towed to our locked facility
Where we can get it fixed
As the time comes to walk away
Pardon sir, it doth make more malarkey
Come injuries of these memories
Peace, count the clock
But cease to measure time
As we can know it....
