Whence

Whence
8-1-16

Strength of builders of burdens delayed
And there is much rubbish ten times from all places
Whence ye return
I'm glad the tide has turned
In one hand we wrought work
And in the other we hold a weapon
Half a world away
By shields, bows and habergeons and good smoke
Enjoying God's creations
Catch me if I fall
Be not afraid of them
Setting fire to the brush in recollections
Of my first real crush and Tribe perfume....

Goldenrod
8-1-16

Paint tossed against their wallpaper
It's all the same with a song
Only to herself learning of finalities
Besides the grave for a winner ring
Brought to windows by a light let wildfire loose
We will
I won't sit out the next dance
Seeing the trees in motion blowing in the wind
Toward the setting sun to Hyla brook
In time I fill another book
Futility!
It does not have to be
Lone old silver goldenrod....

Fly In The Honey
8-1-16

Fly in the honey
While high on ones money
O, I knew I couldn't bide the smother
And I would not love another
Considering the message you sent me
And I do all you desire concerning Cyprus logs
For grape and alder wine
And out of dragons' mouths frogs
Down from Lebanon to the sea
The town turned out to fight for me
And O, I know...
