Lip service
We say it's good enough
And it will have to do
Worship is not for your benefit
And the goal to please him rings true
Praise God not just in church
But everywhere you go
I will thank the Lord at all times
So says our Psalmist
As a dairymaid can milk cows
To the glory of God in every activity
Even this do glorify
To but prove it
As to carry on a continual conversation
While you do all you do
Smile on me your servant
And teach me the right way to live today
Come solar threshed stay with that
And have it and shine....

Question to consider
In a want for common talk
Can I start the doing as unto Jesus
And the answer is just this, here and now
and what makes God smile
So smile on God
As to be the gods of your life
When we love Him when we trust Him
Morally bankrupt
Living for my own pleasure
Where we use our artilleries
Do all for the glory
And go out to tell your story
God smiles when we love Him for His reason
For the season to jump in a lake
The shape of a heart
Not on the map....
