All Ears
5-6-16
Gas station promised no indictment
Love is blindness so some say of it
And no one is above it
I wonder if they see me
Love is clockwork of cold steel
Catching herself between the cobbles
It's going to be another beautiful reunion
On my way to Washington Square
Playing it by ear
To blow out the candles for my forty-third
Yet to plow and cast seeds to the bird
Not enough decibles
To but deafen
Often I abused it
It almost makes sense
To fall on deaf ears.....
Dipole Magnetic
5-6-16
O, dipole magnetic ink
Give me room to ponder and think
O, Coulumb to clean again the kitchen sink
O, Debye tell no lie
The sun disappears
And comes up on my fears
So I can get on with it
Where they have each other
For the sun gone in dreaming
Of West Broadway
And over us a gull
Another gilt-edged place to eat
All for our coulometer
I'm ready for the gridlock
Yet exemplary and commendable
We gild the lily already exemplary
She gets to work on time....
Americana
5-6-16
Golden and gilt
Wine was spilt
Exemplary serving as a deterent
Her hair hang gently down
For our Americana
There's a line that has been drawn through the ages
Reuben tell me true
And fill in these pages
Pray for the crew
They leave at four
For the truth of love
That conquereth all fear
Come inspiration and perspiration
And another bad joke
Halelujah
An extra three and pennies
I'll be up!
