De Novo
3-1-16
Let them not depart from thine eyes
Keep them in the midst of your heart
A smile speaks a sermon
For American diplomats and jurists
Let your light so shine before men
Even if it's only a pen
Say not unto neighbors
Go and come again
Now the time has come to peace
For prescience and foresight
And another wonderful night
Rising before sunrise
O, Spalding where is your sincerity
O, Gravity where is the grace
Ring the bells
That still for rain de novo and anew
I hold my breath till my face turns blue
But at least I still love you....
Airburst
3-1-16
For the resumption of beginning again
The signs were sent and I learn how to repent
For rural matters agricultural
I pay again the rent
All agrarian in the morning garrulous
O, the widowhood of every government yet unorthodox
For our airburst my dire thirst
Don't think I leave for the outer dark
Remember the mirth
For a short time on earth
I may return
In that before I was satisfied
Till heaven and earth pass away
Not one dot or tittle will disappear from sight
Looking for the smiths and masons
On my journey meeting other Jasons
To strike up the march
Where there is no drunk
For the resumption....
