regale

Regale
3-9-11

When you pray for the people today
You will learn to love them more
As I come to terms with my preference
Of refraining to make it public
In these poems meant only to refine my tastes
As tonight, pertaining to now
I lavishly regale
And entertain my sensual passions
Learning how to flow effortlessly
As a raging river to the Red Sea
A color that pertains to the lotus
At the base of my spine
It's a new and improved form of wine
Like the soma
Of my blissful aroma....

Dripping Bread In Wine
3-9-11

Sometimes I wonder
Have I died and gone to heaven
No longer taking offense to fermentation
In which I dip my bread of yeast and leaven
I pick up my new books
That seem fantastic
And too good to be real
Where I learn of a truth
That is in the way I feel
Where I learn how to take it easy and to relax
As I partake in another large pizza
Happy to pay the gratuity
And its fine and fair tax....

I share my gift Of Flight
3-9-11

I can come to know
That all things work together
For good to those that love God
And to they who are called
According to his purpose
As today I am called as I choose to answer the phone
And I might be somewhat of a hermit
But never again will I be all alone
Seeing verse twenty-eight
On twenty-nine other levels
Getting higher and higher
With a greater risk of falling to the ground
In a dream where I am willing to
Share with my rivals this gift of flight...

Being Don Quixote
3-9-11

In my Quixotic tendencies
I find that in this world beyond form
I find more than seven main seas
Making my way to solid land
Yet to wend and joyously traverse
Willing to learn to see a blessing
In disguise of the curse
Yet lacking physical sustenance
On another day of fasting
Nourished by a life everlasting
In my Quixotic romantic ways
Feeding my two cats by freewill
To find that spoteneity always pays...

Justified
3-9-11

Today I ask myself, I and me
And so much more
Given victory over passing storms of confusion
Healed from the inside out
By a newfangled love
That is just and pure
Whom Jesus called he has justified
And whom he has justified
Yeah, he glorified
Learning what it is to be incapable
In a spiritual sense of error
No longer paying any mind to the economy
Nor the war on terror
As fighting for peace
Will only be a contradiction of terms....

A Rotten One
3-10-11

Making an attempt
To write and relate
Even if I'm in a rotten mood
Today I flirt with utter disaster
I am a fool for soul food
Today I fell head over heels
In love with a tattoo designer for me
I like it that way
While in my Kama Sutra
I learn of new ways
I'm coming through
And coming around
In a rotten mood
I like it that way...
