lunch

Lunch Is Ready
2-17-18

Need to tag along again
And one day find my way back to simplicity
How long will you love such
Soon again to get in touch
I curse it not and turn the page upon prophets among us
Why do they still make war
Hesitate not to turn out the lights
Now that the sun is up
Inspiring imperfect persons
As to fill again my cup
As comes truth with the feeling at that ticket booth
For a show of the healing in the Word of God
Have a wonderful day as a pilgrim for all affections
And a gypsy for these corrections
Like standing on the edge.....

Naked Came I (Naked I Return)
2-17-18

Laboring to keep us in the way
No one has ever kept the law!
As one to plug in the video
See the calling lie on the ground
For when the ribbons open with dreams departed
As I sit out back and gaze at the firmament astounding
In that I feel the warmth in the coldness
From the center and its oldness
Speaking to me in the twilight
"Keep up the good work", she says again
And there's a place for us to go before it starts
Snowing again alright, thank you and goodnight
Wondering where I am to stand and remain upright....

In The Course Of My Days
2-17-18

As to present ourselves before Him
As to come and adore Him
Growing our own saprophyte in our woodland
Another good land
I've got to push on through
From going to and fro the earth
From whence come thou?
Nothing save exceedingly hardness
To leave me out in the snow
Thwarting tomorrow's assembly
For saprophyte decaying and organic
Of nodding flower and me
The man of the hour and Gherkin
Hast thou considered my servant
Blame it not on circumstance
Skin for skin, yea all that a man hath....

Stirring Them Up
2-17-18

Used in pickling my next gift
No easy way out
God give me strength to my navel
And marrow to my bones
In that I need your support
Stick with me as needs be
Where their plates are small
Yea, and it sufficeth me
And I'm happy O, so joyous
As to fear God and eschew evil
For all friends gathered round
Sitting down amongst the ashes
He thought he was onto something
And he was for the potsherd and fragment
And archaeological excavations
And a knock at my door....
