Roll Away The Rocks Again
3-4-18
As you prod me on
I wake at dawn
And darkness is soon gone
Being right and making the same day in my pocket
Is my empty wallet
Tell me why
For on the morrow
He delivers us from bondage
As we watched our flocks and roll away the rocks
To raise the roof and no more stand aloof
O, what news from the west of where we come from
Breaking up the sky
Remembering a dream I had
Of a conversation of a distant brother
Who remained silent and for discerners of Moleck
We wonder and borrow their thunder
Seeing ourselves walk in empty lands
God have me today to relate
And be a blessing unto all
Where I pour out all thanks
Glory to God in the highest
As to organize us at the chime of seven.....
Enormity
3-4-18
Where sky and water are free
Of changed hearts we enlarge
Lay it down
You have earned your crown deep inside
I don't want that pride
Save it be of lions
I am myself a scholar of Scripture and literature
O, prove me wrong and I will write you another song
Glory to God in the highest
Not just a Catholic saying faraway on Judah's plains
Tell me it's okay even in driving rains
Joyful saints is this fate on another good time to create
Restored through the prophets someday love illuminates
And I find the one today for the enormity of Russia
In memories of King of Prussia
Right you are in acts of upstairs
Not by smarts but by God's love that constrains us
As to act in concern.....
On Isaiah 52:14
3-4-18
True to the faith
Our gospel reference
Keeping up the joy
What's that you say?
Adversity is part of the plan
Like stained glass as to absorb its energy
I shall never forget you in the practice of sweetening
"I've been there my friend"
So says He that touches me
As far as purblind eyes can see
Who hath believed our report
As to receive in freedom
We buy as to sprinkle many nations
Soon we will be there
Together going out from the midst of her
With visage marred more than the sons of men
On the corner of Wimpole and Cedar
Still dreaming of those passed on
Plowing through Isaiah straight into light on through the dawn....
