Are We Prepared
2-22-18

First request, peace of mind
Doing our best, what will we find?
For sonnets to sky dreams
I perch upon a high rooftop
To get away from the crowd
In healing hidden wounds
Loving neighbors as myself
But esteem them more
Uncommon boys yea, we meet again
O, Alas are we prepared to carry the burden away
Sometime today for homeland and thoughts
Beginning again in salutations and words of consolation
We play our part and everyone has one speedy fashion uprooted....

Are We Prepared (Part 2)
2-22-18

Is there such a thing as debt free
And can we pay the tithe to inherit the blessing
Or are we just penny pinchers
Like gnats circling ones citronella lamp
In the Lord's storehouse
O, unquenchable fire
Do cleanse us in that you are the song
That the morning brings
Following this counsel
We invite those whom we admire
As to free oneself from such a bondage
And soon invite them in
O, do we live providently
Or do we squander it
As waxing great in the land
As responsive to these teachings
Are we prepared?

Carolyn Callapygian
2-23-18

Delivered out of the hands of our enemies
Provided a ride to church next Sunday
For many more false alarms
Waking too early
I will not leave you comfortless
In a place where we serve again
Walking handsome and hot
I do but that making my proclamation
In those in need of more information
For Carolyn Callapygian like twilight
And phantom sensuality
Preaching our Spanahopita with scallions
By feta and eggs, mussels and crab legs
She takes to her dish quite well....

Doctrinal Highlight
2-23-18

Beauty for ashes and oil for joy
Beneath the boardwalk when I was just a boy
In dress rehearsal for dog ears and creases for idols
Of paper and plastic
As hands often speak as voices can't
As I fatten her up on the good stuff
As shown we our sting
O, divine comforter
O, wonderful counselor
Be with me when I go away
And make me a blessing to Mother
Where the love of God floweth from heart to heart
Consider this much and let's keep in touch....
