Casting down some of the hosts and the stars
Illuminating right beside all that is visible
Of our Jupiter and Mars
Trampling to the ground all high hopes
For a better trial run
By which contestants miss the starting gun
By the goat's horn waxing great
even to the host of heaven
Of which today I prophesy
Till the chime of seven
One way or another
In bewaring of the leaven....








Cast Down

Casting down the truth to the ground
Being one to say that I'll see you around
By the sanctuary cast down
For by chains he that is free is yet bound
Casting down this truth
For the cause for such to rise again
Magnifying himself as the prince with his pen
Made to be the third ruler of the kingdom
Holding his breath and counting to ten
To but savor what is yet to be
By the stone that is set
By the mouth of the den....








Confidence

Cast not away your confidence
Which has great reward
If you yet abide and persevere
Today in the Lord
May this word nourish you
with the milk that expires today
So I make it a priority
To knock it back sometime today
O, cast not away this confidence
For ye have need of endurance
In order to receive the promise of life eternal
We have hope for here and Now and today
In knowing that this my friend is real....

Now the just shall live by faith
And if anyone draws back
My soul hath no pleasure in him
According to the word we yet reiterate
Where no man knows the hour
By which the just will live by faith
In what one cannot see
According to the truth that makes us free
Yeah, the just shall live by faith
Given second and third chances
According to what is real in you and me
As those that believe to the saving of our souls...








Substance

Drawing back to perdition
In a spirit of unbelief
In my dilapidated condition
Giving way again to the thief
It is our nature to yet draw back
Yet press forward towards the mark
Yet in our performance for the dark
Rising two hours before the sun by our faith
As the substance of things hoped for
And the evidence of things not seen
Pressing onward towards salvation
To yet work out and renounce all doubt...
