Mene
2-23-14
By our kingdom numbered and yet finished
Nothing is added to the law nor diminished
When the law is love
And of blue skies and sunshine above
Weighed in the balances and found wanting
According to all ghostly voices still haunting
As so the kingdom is divided inside of me
Yet insinuating and in sentiment yet flaunting
By our kingdom numbered and yet finished
With nothing added nor aught diminished....
On Daniel 7:17
2-24-14
Spherical layers of meaning lie beneath the surface
Of a deep and dark lake
enclosing a hollow central cavity
In the penetration of the earth's crust
Where all things we can see return to the dust
According to such spherical layers of melody
By way of cacophony
according to preference of an ear inclined
According to the beasts and kings
Yet to arise out of the earth
As we know it...
Serum
2-24-14
By the coagulation of serum
I consider again my Pythagoras theorem
According to what I can remember
Of when I was there sitting in class
Being one to say that I don't care
Of a watery nature
Under blue skies of weather fine and fair
By the coagulation of blood yet curdled
According to what can be clearly understood
By this manifestation of familiar brotherhood.....
Monday's First Alliteration
2-24-14
Propitiatory providence
Proves the point of praise
From unfeigned lips
That put on a smile a mile wide
Yet not according to pride
Where God is on our side
By propitiatory providence
where I know not just how to express
Such a passion and its purpose
From a heart that is far from the matter at hand
I find my way in the I can say
That at last I understand...
Plenary
2-24-14
According to the doctrine of plenary inspiration
We study the art of love
In all that lies within, beyond and above
Requiring only that revelation will be expressed without error
As my cognitions much trouble me by dread and terror
So I seek a peace to yet envelop my mind
According to the doctrine of plenary inspiration God breathed
Where the treasure is to be mined...
On Hebrews 10:33
2-24-14
Made a spectacle and a gazingstock
By reproaches and tribulations
In leaning upon a rock smote twice
As the water pours out from his side
To mollify and soften the hardness of ones pride
Enduring a great struggle with sufferings
By which we are worthy to be counted as sons of this commonwealth
Getting my rest tonight in taking care of my health
Made a spectacle and a gazingstock
While becoming as companions
Of those who were so treated....
