idol

Idol
7-6-13

Phoenician love goddesses
Still pervade and permeate my erotic dreams I try to recapture
In my memory stanched like the blood of the womb
Inside the lady of mine affections
Cleansed and purged by the seed
I yet scatter with no further need to read such directions
Repeating the substance of death and such resurrections
Of Phoenician deities with which I flirt and frolic
Being three years now in such cessation of the alcoholic...

Apex
7-6-13

By my apex, summit and culmination
I've got my numbers rolling again
Turned onto a new creation
Winding it up by the bitter richness
Of another coffee cup
Regarding my history of another beautiful mystery
Of what is to be the real me
Where roots reach deep from another cherry tree
By my apex, culmination and my summit
Diving off the deep end into a warm pool
Into which I plummet with the aroma of brine
To glorify my days and nights of wine
Taking up faith and requiring not a sign...

Apetalous
7-6-13

Of my apetalous roses is in completion again
The law of Moses
In that I've already broken all ten
Where I continue in sin
By way of my pen of my apetalous tulips and stamens with pistils
Where seeds are yet to be disseminated by performance of my Jesus poses
Back to the square one of a little cycle called my five
Seeing that in this I am dead while I'm alive....

On Luke 8:48
7-6-13

My faith hath made me whole and well
So I can go in peace with stories yet to tell
While lingering upon my fingers
Is another decadent and pleasant smell
When at the feet of Jesus this woman has fell
Taking my grammar somewhat out of context
Like a treasure yet to buy and sell
Knowing not why I am at it again
Putting to parchment a highly esteemed
Generic yet genuine pen
My faith hath made me whole
In that I find union once again in my soul....
