Three more hours at this table
Writing these rhymes
Is sweeter than watching cable
It's all about how I am someone in Jesus
To challenge my thinking
So what Jesus did today
Hanging on someone else's words
There will be better days if only I hang in there
For something sweeter
Jesus has got this
What are you going to do when you blow it today
I already have my sin of cigarettes and worry
Come the Phantom of the Opera
In the perfect image of a priest
We are as such
As instead of south ducks fly east
And we ask how and why!

Praise me to be Rose Neptune
If there was ever such a name in the darkness
I feel comfort by the lesser lights
Sometimes too beautiful to bear
As the sun goes down sooner
Set battering rams against it round about
Question: can we do this?
Answer: yes, if we believe
Lie on your left side according to the number of days
To bear their iniquity
Three hundred ninety
By which fishermen grow flowers
Do what the king says
But not to think too much about it
The answer comes in grace
Not to be contingent of my performance
That does not cut it...





Command: Warble

He already placed you into the kingdom
To have life and more abundantly
The King tells me to warble to myself
Entertaining angels unawares
The hour is getting soon
You can stop pretending  that you are any better
Such ought to take off the pressure
The name of the song I've come to hate
The hour is getting late
As so waxes another new moon
By grace that you are saved
To understand the power of his sacrifice
Cast seven dollars into the offering plate
And garbage to feed my raccoon
What do we do if we turn back to the old life
We cannot earn our way into heaven
It's all by his grace.....
