distinguished

Distinguished
2-14-18

Friends and neighbors get back together
As in fields the crops we tether
At the chime of six I get another fix
I come from America to meet you
O, young and tender branch
Do you slip away to be grafted in again
And make new the tree whose berries are for free
Sent to the west coast at the age of sixty-five
Where God smiles when we use our abilities to but create
And clay did not ask, "Why did you make me this way?"
As to express every detail distinguished in bright light....

Retriever
2-14-18

Holding out and standing on the threshold
For vineyard nourished and pruned
Go thy way and tell someone about what you have heard
For our laurette of the jazz age
Just turn the page and find other hints
And don't forget the mints
For the bark of the second lieutenant
As it needs not grieve me
God have me to dedicate that joy
Tossed by a dog's master as to recount his worthies
Easy as the breeze come June and another new moon coming soon
Delighting in every detail.....

You'll Thank Me Later
2-14-18

Delighting every detail hearing the rising tide
But set for pride as to place you in the nethermost parts of the vineyard
And steal another cluster of grapes on the day of love
Assuming various shapes in one and some in the other
Hello again, brother in out cut-glass bowl of a man who moved on
As soon I greet the dawn on the lees of happiness
Deep down in my soul
As to put some life back into these stones
As rain falls dark and slow of Eerie grandeur
As for our first tycoon....

Seawall (The Largest)
2-14-18

Countdown to ecstasy
Five hours to go
Where do we go from here but to just go
As to nourish it according to His words
To ejaculate the monosyllable of yes for all figureheads
And Norway of the largest seawall
Staying at plush hotels in the year of '91
God have me to eat till I'm stuffed with no such hands cuffed
Where tender is this day of love in the punch bowls
As one to make new goals
She is waiting there for you
Yet Iclanic whom speak better English than us...
