Seeking out the reads of Mark Epstein
As one to make his knowledge mine
When I go back to the west side
I tell them all about how I refrain from the wine
And I ramble on in spite of not being disclosed
Another notable sign to research this sociology
And to in the sand draw my line
O, will you remember the lesson of giving
It's good karma for me to give them out freely
And to lavishly contribute  to such a cause
For Jesus
It is a beautiful thing
As so out loud I sing....

Of enigmatic smiles of scribblings of today's new files
In multiple means of various and divers styles
I had another nasty lunch at my least favorite Chinese restaurant
Turning down these dials stroking today my beard stubble
As one to accept what comes by such trouble
By this delusion and its bursting bubble
Of enigmatic smiles
Reading again my previous journals
For the cause of this nostalgia
To research thee Yogis and their Roshis
And the waves that roil and churn
And so much more I am yet to learn....
