raw-boned

Raw-Boned
3-15-16

Raw-boned, gaunt and lean
You will see just what I mean
Of prominent bones in a glass house
Don't throw stones
That ye might walk honestly
To those that stand without
A time to rend, a time to sew
Even as others that have no hope
That ye may have lack of nothing
You are one to make sense of it
It's not that I don't care
No, not at all
All for percolations
In a need to save face
All I want is you
O, my God
I picture this face
How does the wise die?
As the fool!

Prentice Lad (Reevaluate)
3-15-16

I don't mean to make movies for memories
But I feel like I have to keep your face in mind
And reevaluate what went on
To be honest with you
Honey like a moving picture
I'm at my despondency again
Through the light projecting
He takes up the inexpensive pen
The lover nods her head
And finds it a few hours before the daylight
On the land in the need of a scrivener
And ones notary and scribe
In the study of the other half tribe
I get to be the apprentice
In my own special way....

On First Thessalonians 4:16-18
3-15-16

Learner, beginner
Novice, rookie
Scone, pastry, Danish, cookie
With a shout
With the voice of the Archangel
And with the trump
I will write off my rump
The dead in Christ rise first
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven
A time to kill, a time to heal
We are caught up together with them in the clouds
To meet the Lord in the air
As sometimes it seems cruel but it's fair
Wherefore comfort one another with these words
I know that whatsoever God does
It shall be forever
Come the weary round of life.....
