I'll Be Up To Par
3-15-16
Over the weekend I'll be up to par
As it is said by those who speak from afar
To do: make a note of it
To do: give thanks and praise
And so that I might apply it to life
To the spirits and the faithful brethren at Colossee
I stand corrected
For the hope is laid up in heaven
O, never mind the leaven
Whereof ye heard before in the word of truth
And the gospel that comes to you for a million smiles
Small and delicate yet recalcitrant
Like in my Stoner days of yore....
Be Not Recalcitrant
3-15-16
Esteem them highly in the love that is due
Esteem them even better than you
Now we exhort you, brethren
It's nothing new
Support the weak
Life them up with a Spirit meek
Keeping up a good brisk smoke
Glad to see you as you are to see them
You seem to share the paper's policy
For dreams and wishes
O, elect Bill Taft if you must choose it
Fairbanks help us this year
As she was her own curative convex and yet conclave
Still recalcitrant
As one for peace amongst ourselves
In the place of judgment righteousness is there....
And Look!
3-15-16
At his side by his right hand
Confound all pride
As one to seek to come to understand
Then I return and consider all the oppression
That is under the sun
The messengers take up plectrums
And I say, "heaven yeah, I will hear of it"
Following the shadows of the sky
Come the masses of our populace for poppycock
Quench not the Spirit that works through you today
Despise not prophesying
In that they teach you what to pray
In everything give thanks
Willing to give it all away
Are they only figments of my eyes
Rejoice evermore....
