plaigerism

Plaigerising Myself
3-14-16

Darts are regarded as straw
But the Lord is my keeper
Some prefer their steak raw
In my dreams of when I used to be a daysleeper
May I be their curator and superintendent
As one to serve somebody
Job lives to be a hundred and forty
According to the epilogue
So I plow into Ecclesiastes
Vanity of vanities
For exhortation in the light of this
Experience as the truth in our hearts
But we still do not believe
Shine your light
The harper of our guild
And another mansion to build
Kicking depression's butt
Breaking out of my rut
Shine your light on me
Theme: man's reasoning....

Man's Reasoning (Theme Proven)
3-14-16

For human wisdom's better findings
Don't let me drift too far
I want a house full of music
I need an open mind
Reaching out to my community
"Love!", so I shouted
Back for the plans I pursue
And danger in folly
Our ceaseless cycle of created things
The eye is not satisfied with seeing
Yeah, we want it even more now
Pleasure cannot satisfy the soul
Theme proved
What profit has a man
For all his labor...

On Ecclesiastes 1:6 (dig this)
3-14-16

Come now and I will test you with mirth
Therefore enjoy pleasure
Following my own ambition on earth
O, where today is my treasure
First song of ninety-three entitled "seer"
It's only mental, baby
All of such fear
Out in the rain my mission
Like my spiritual career
I can see you in the music I hear
All things are full of labor
Emptiness is the final result
In all life apart from God
And I bear you like a mate
When the hardest thing to do is wait
Lafe, do you want to stay with me tonight
The wind whirls about continually....

Yes, Lafayette
3-14-16

This time around I let them call me
My new years resolution was just to enjoy the coffee
And that I do
Like a test passed with flying colors
From two hundred miles
You tell me, "refrain"
Can we say, "See, this is new"
Show him this way
Yes, Lafayette
Can we rent the room
For the festivities
someone lets me in the side door
For us to mix and mingle
And strengthen the things that remain
Let them call you....
