lovesick

Lovesick (Languishing)
11-29-15

Written in the book of the Chronicles
Of kings of media and Persia
They shall also gird themselves with sackcloth
And horror shall cover them
Feeling a little but dirty
After what I have done
Our Syndic of such a corporation
For the beauty of her ornaments
All set in majesty of all Chaldeans
For islands close to the mainland
Lovesick lion my passionate yearning
I give it into the hands of strangers
For a prey and to the wicked for a spoil
Rest for one more hour
And watch and pray...

I'll Meet You In The Tearoom
11-29-15

Before the Lord
The scene is in heaven
This will be my cord to transcend all strange leaven
My face will I turn from them
And they shall pollute my secret place
Thieves shall enter and defile it
And in his eyes we will find grace
I'll meet you in the tearoom after the service
Looking out the west window for my ride
A soldier from the looks of him
O, Ignis Fatuus
Out flickering phosphorescent light
Our will-o-the-wisp
Soon time to sally out to worship
And to give a little bit of something...
