The pituitary gland is the smallest of all members
Yet it is said to control all that can be known
As in such we have not memory of past tense nostalgic Decembers
As we wonder does it include the faith
That states we cannot cast the first stone
God puts me through hell on weekdays for a reason
Easier said than done to be faithful in and out of season
It is worth this suffering to make it to my glory
And someday if I am well enough
I might tell my story....




Political Challenge

By faith Moses was given multitudes of second chances
As men in modern day have not faith in the providence
Of provisions of finances
I read Brave New World to take up a new political challenge and trial
Hoping to forsake my selfishness
In the shoes of the conservative
I walk the extra mile
I read that which frightens
To gain mettle and backbone
Reading of examples that tell us
That in this universe
We are not alone...





Dignity Above Riches

If someone offered me ten thousand dollars
For one of my cats
I would probably hesitate or even dissent
As so I develop my cat mentality
Of which the elder female picks up a scent
I was once told that a cat to yet make a man was the devil's mistake
As so where wine is served I am driven to partake
If someone offered me a million dollars for one of my own
I feel that I would renounce wells and vats
Carved in wood and stone
Yet still I drink the waters of gratitude and jubilation...




Science Doth Work

By faith the walls of Jericho fell down
After they were compassed seven days
By faith a man leaves behind to summertime
To watch leaves turn brown
As chlorophyll is transformed by the atmosphere
And the sun's rays
Science is put into practice
To prove that which is unseen
By faith a man enters the month of May
As trees begin to sprout leaves green
By faith we take steps ahead and not by sight
We don't need to understand the things
Of which we will never be right
By faith we will die and live....
