Considering the convalescence
Caring and craving after caramel desserts
As our just dessert and additional course
At a table where one tends to starve at a feast
Where I put in another day of deep study 
And then go back on my way east
Sometimes going backwards
To go again forward in time and space
Where concentric circles are studied
By the mind whom wants to know more in this....




Adversity, The Gift

Paradigmatic shifts are in praises of purpose and poise
In that I put my headphones on to block out all other distracting noise
In that I have no need to go out tonight with the boys
Where adversity is as a gift and the situation is a blessing in disguise
Wherein I have no desire to get in the circle to join the guys
In my own study of the soul
Today wanting something to believe in my own size......
