Reprobate Mind
5-23-16
The man in his prime wrestles
On and on he's realized
As men are not grateful by nature
Forget not all his benefits
You have more blessings than burdens today
Gone over to a reprobate mind
His will they take away
Enter into His courts with praise
By all means rock on
Loaded with a gun and a demijohn
Shout at all events tenderly be ken
By all means today just be
Come the personal appeal
To he that doesn't know
Sad for me, to break loose....
To A Pageant
5-23-16
Stripped of all but pride
And in God I do confide
Here at Kitty Hawk
On one side the ocean of inner sound
Thank God for the cross
Whether it be ones suffering
Or Jesus dying to Himself
On me to but surrender
Gratitude is the taste berry of us
O, me, treat the sky
Someday to a pageant
I am well advised to stop counting down
Till I reach another destination
Because it was I that was robbed
And not that I have done
To adapt to the unknown
Like a bone when talking about returning
Into Myra....
