doing good

I'm Doing Pretty Good
6-4-14

O , what does it say
But that the word is near and night in your mouth
And in your heart
So that many would but fear you
By this word of faith to be heard on good ground
In the multiplying of the seed sown and dispersed
According to the compositions of one well read and versed
O, mine eyes do fail with tears and my bowels are troubled
And my liver is poured upon the earth
By my wild bears stubble
In which I will not lose this rebirth
O, love will overcome
In all that it is worth
Because we the children
And sucklings that swoon in the streets of the city
We take so much for granted
In our view of something pretty....

A Brother Says, "I'll Hit You Up"
6-4-14

Inquiring our mothers
O, where is the corn and wine
Bestowing benediction upon our brothers
In asking O, what will be the sign
If you step out for a smoke be prepared to be hit up
And see for yourself that three quarters full is your cup
As their souls are poured out
Into their mothers' bosom
For there is no distinction between the Jew and the Greek
Faith is a mansion of many rooms
As still the truth we seek
Swooning as the wounded in the streets of the city
Where blessed will be the meek....
