omnibus

Omnibus
9-15-15

Curving outward
As the exterior of our old sphere
In this there is nothing we ought to fear
For my omnibus
And on my test I get an A plus
Our printed anthology of words concerning many classes
Keep me at a country in the Word
Revealing secret matters but not to the point of sounding absurd
Holding together firmly and cohesive
Fifteen minutes till she gets here
Adhesive
To be the years to pass
We are here to graze
On hay, stubble and grass
For our timothy and flowered spikelets
And grass of Eurasia our clipper
Yes, it's time to examine your zipper
Take a turn for the best
Voluptuous
Suggestively ample
Today I will need not go west.....

Limpkin
9-15-15

Rest assured this will not last
The coin is flipped and the die is cast
Our limpsy limpkin
And another opportunity to lose and win
Also called the courlan wading in swampy regions
Of long legs and her distinctive mating call
To scud, run and skim
Christ's blood
God's son and a head of hair
That needs a trim, our clipper
Our instrument of sharp bowed sailing vessels
God asks his man
Do you want to wrestle ten minutes
If that, soon I will be home with my cat....

Befriend Your Killer Whale
9-16-15

Before a gale
With little or no sail
O, befriend your killer whale
That makes peace where joy might fail
Behold, God is my salvation
Martyred and misconstrue
Dare to make sense of it
Go to Gilgal which is where I'm at today
Don't go to Sodom
Go to Jordan and leave the old life behind
For consecration and death to oneself
I lay me down for my mantle of my position
It might crush me
Go to Bethel
Get up and go there
Need fresh oil
God says for me to read it twice
And to do something with what I learn there...
