Sapid
11-12-15
Tomorrow ought to be my day
Friday the thirteenth and my name is Jason
A project fit for carpenter and mason
At least I will be home
And not much can go wrong
A light unto the Gentiles
And the glory of the people
She was a widow of fourscore and four
As so she is waiting patiently at the door
Meat, eat by weight
Twenty shekels a day from time to time
Also unto thee
Wheat, barley and beans
I see no point in continuing such a vice as this
I'll try it one more time
To decide to cease and desist
Seemingly sapid but of poison...
Down
11-12-15
In the county down
Is where in dreams I earn my crown
There goes the rain and here comes the sun
Down and dirty and unscrupulous
Nasty, earthy and funky
Yeah, I'm still a junkie
Twenty cups of coffee this morning
Given a perfect recovery from all of that caffeine
At least I can walk it off
Seedy, run-down, unkempt, slightly ill
Down at the heels
Destitute, penniless, incapatiated
Down and out
Learned perfectly
Down cold
Claim these idioms
The language never gets old.....
I Make The Scene
11-12-15
Atingled and aroused
Lying in bed at six
Thinking about just what I might do tonight
Windows ten is working beautifully
Atilt by inclination with cause in hand in tithing
I said Ah, Lord God
My soul has been polluted
Call nothing common or unclean
I ate nothing that dies of itself
Neither came the abominable flesh to my mouth
For my pis aller
My last resort
My final resource
Voices say don't buy anymore
I break the staff of bread
And they shall eat by weight
And with care and drink water by measure
And with astonishment by my pis aller
I make the scene...
